"I had the privilege of residing at the Peshawar Barracks Hotel for three nights, an experience that proved to be profoundly delightful. This exquisitely preserved heritage property steeped in vintage charm stands as an exceptional accommodation in the heart of Peshawar. The rooms were impeccably maintained spotless radiant and exuding comfort while the overall ambiance was truly enchanting. The conduct of the staff was exemplary and worthy of special commendation. From the reception officers to the dining hall personnel as well as the housekeeping and laundry teams every individual demonstrated remarkable courtesy professionalism and warmth. The environment was serene and meticulously managed with security arrangements that were both reassuring and commendable. I would unreservedly award a perfect score 100 out of 100 for maintaining this distinguished property to such exalted standards. As a minor suggestion for further enhancement the inclusion of a small face lotion among the restroom amenities would be a thoughtful addition. "Stayed 2 nights (although I arrived at 0300 am the first night). The room was on the first floor, facing the inner courtyard - there was a lot of noise during the day (loud conversations, music), although it quieted down at least between 22:00 and 07:00. Clean room. Amenities included an electric kettle. A/C worked well. Very comfortable bed and pillows, clean linen. Sufficient number of well located power sockets. Bathroom with clean towels. Shower with good water pressure, although there was no curtain. The sink leaked (it was fixed the next day). Breakfast buffet with ok selection, mostly local items."

"As frequent visitor, I had my last visit to peshawar from 30 Nov to 01 December 2025 and I stayed my favourite place , Peshawar Serena, where everyone hosted me at the best. Special thanks to Ijaz Qazi, supervisor, housekeeping, who did his best and my room was very well prepared. Although I haven't met him but one of his senior, Afnan is very well known to me since long. Precisely, starting from GM till bell boy, everyone is the example of professional excellence. "In advance to my arrival the hotel management tried to re-negotiate the established ******* online non-refundable rate asking for more money. I complained with *******. The affair seems to have been settled as I hadn’t any trouble or annoyance concerning payment when being there. Stayed 1 week. It is a somewhat modest facility. Pretty basic room. Smeared walls in the bathroom. Sheets were clean. The rooftop terrace offers probably the best views of Peshawar. Staff was amazing in helping me with any issue. Appreciate the complimentary shuttle-service to/from the airport. Breakfast was somewhat scarce with few choice of local cuisine which repeated almost unchanged every morning. Location is central and convenient, although outside the old city."
