Service was excellent. Although the hotel offers rooms with beautiful views, However, my room faced the highway, and the traffic noise was noticeable throughout the day. Light sleepers may wish to request a quieter room. Amenities and toiletries were of better than expectations.

I’m very happy with the staff’s attitude. While the facilities are not ideal for a family staycation, the overall cleanliness was fine. Whenever I contacted customer service, they responded and resolved the issue quickly.

The room was great, located in a lively downtown area with plenty of dining options nearby! It was very quiet and clean. This is the best value-for-money five-star hotel in the vicinity, and the breakfast was excellent.

The overall experience was pleasant. Great breakfast spread and the food was delicious. Staff were very attentive to our needs. Great view from the room!
Walls are sound-proof and this helps to provide a conducive environment for rest. The bed was comfortable but the pillows were too soft.
Parking system is not friendly for foreign bank cards though.
The room door slams rather loudly. Location is not near any major malls so do factor in some travelling time.

Specified that we didn’t want the last room of the corridor and the receptionist confirmed on the spot during check-in that it’s not the last room. However upon going up to the room, we discovered that it is the last room of the corridor. Went down to the lobby and checked with her, her attitude seemed to be indifferent as if she already expected us to go down to the lobby again. She changed the room for us and guess what? It’s another corner room again?! Used my mobile to call the hotel hotline twice but nobody answered the call. We had to head back to the lobby again, this time round finally another person gave us the correct room type. Adding on, I included breakfast during my booking on Trip, I wanted to confirm with the lady receptionist that my booking is inclusive of breakfast but she said no. I had to show her the booking on my mobile, then only she proceeded to check in her system and confirm. Not sure what kind of lousy standard is this. Also, it says to be renovated during recent years however the room really seemed to be very old and honestly I couldn’t tell it’s recently renovated. There are mold around the shower room too and there were some sticky stain on the basin stand
