"New option in the city and the price is extremely good! Can’t complain for the price paid. If there’s anything that could be improved, I hope that housekeeping service to be provided at least once or twice for the 9 nights I stayed. More bottled water would be great too (only 4 bottles for a 2 bedroom unit for 9 nights)!"

"My friends and I chose this hotel to see a show. The room had five mirrors, and though it was non-smoking, there was a designated smoking area by the entrance. We checked in around 2 PM, even though official check-in was at 3 PM. During peak hours, there was a queue for vehicles at the entrance."

"I booked this hotel because I had to attend a conference at One World Hotel and it costs a lot more to stay there for 2 nights. This hotel has designated parking for customers, and is only few min from the other hotel I had to go. It is located near the curve, Ikea and IPC which makes it very convenient for us. Location and parking availability wise, it’s perfect. Ambience of the hotel is good too. Looks fancy and nice. The room was a bit old but really spacious and I love the deco too. The only two unfortunate events was that we had to wait thirty min ish to check in even though we arrived at 6pm. We were only given our access card around 6:35pm but we were not reimbursed with a late checkout. The other time was a lift breakdown around 10pm when hub wanted to pick me up but no signage were put at our floor. Hub waited and ended up walking down ten floors worth of stairs 😂 only to find out that the lift broke down. Anyway, it was resolved by the time we reached back at the hotel. Breakfast was basic but good enough to fill our stomach. Overall I would give a 4.5/5 for this stay."

"1st time stay area Petaling Jaya. Great experience for me. Thank you Mossaz team, provide every details information and make me feel easier stay here and feel like home. Just have to enjoy the lift moment, overall i am satisfied and want to come back again. Yes in toilet, other review told that no hanging wall.. But for me, i put towel behind the mirror there have space to put things there. Hair dryer, iron and board is provided. I am impress because kitchen station have dishwash and and other tools. If you guys want stay here for long days, there have Bila-bila Mart below near reception. There so much plenty of things sell there and i am enjoying look every row at the mart 😂 Clean, tidy, spacious room. For parking, it is just RM6 per day and very affordable. For grab food or car, pick up at level B3. Last but not least, the beautiful flower wall is at level 39. Near gym and swimming pool."

"Very well run hotel. Location is excellent as the Bandar Utama MRT station is just a few minutes away via a covered walk. One Utama shopping mall is right after the MRT exit. Access to lobby by car is good but the lobby entrance is not easily visible (you don’t want to turn into the Power House lobby next to the hotel and be confronted by their security). See photo for lobby entrance. This was taken long before Avante was renamed M World. The sign & position has since been updated but I think it is still not prominent enough."

"Our unplanned trip, but our stay was pleasant .. we have problem with our personal internet connection and the problem solved with the help / assistance from the manager. Thank You Sir. It’s was raining and we had our lunch at the hotel. The food was simple and tasty. We also spent our time at the cafe and been recommended for violet cake! Marvellous.. ❤️"

"Here’s a polished version of your hotel review: --- *Hotel Review:* Reception was polite, but the check-in process took quite long and wasn’t very efficient. The room was just okay — not particularly clean, but not dirty either. Unlucky me: - 1st day: Poor Wi-Fi and the smart TV didn’t work. I called the night shift reception — no apology, slow response, just treated it like it was normal. - 2nd & 3rd day: Smart TV finally worked, but the remote control was faulty. - 4th day: Finally, everything worked 😅 Breakfast was a highlight — good selection and tasty! Would I come back? Not sure. Depends on how the next visit goes."

"One of my favorites hotel for Marriot brand hotel. I made a summary here: 1. Service was just ok only. 2. Location is close to mall. 3. Price of the hotel is reasonable, as I get great offer in the merdeka month. 4. Comfort room and facility. 5. Breakfast was a lot of choice but limited serve, weird 6. Hotel is old a bit but things still new 7. Bad thing is complementary parking is only once per entry, if you stay long hours just park and waive it when discharge. Overall if I pay the price the thing I get is reasonable, hope they can improve on the customer servicing."

"Location wise it’s quite far from tourist spots but still okay as grab rates not that affects, just dont get out around 4pm onwards as all roads near to hotel is crowded. Very affordable and clean yet i think the front office staffs must wear some proper uniforms to recognize. I expected also a couple of coffee as amentiies as our flight by 8am morning and we prepared around 4am unfortunately convenience store down stares are closed so luckily i got some coffee from vietnam. Facilities are very amazing for its price but again the staffs needs to be presentable as most of them are indians/south asians (not for shaming but they will be more good if they act so good with that facilities)"
