I also appreciated the polite and responsive communication via WhatsApp, which made the experience smoother. However, one downside was that the room felt quite warm. The air conditioning did not seem powerful enough, even when set to a lower temperature. Additionally, the location was somewhat inconvenient, as it was difficult to get a Grab driver. The pickup point appears to be pinned incorrectly, even when selecting the hotel name as the pickup location."
