Modern design, comfy bed. It was festive season and the whole lobby smell like cinnamon. It was located in the middle of PJ old town, so no nice scenary outside your window. No lift from carpark to lobby too.

Had a very pleasant experience. The room was comfortable, clean, and cozy, I really loved the atmosphere and would definitely come back again.
However, I did face two small issues during my stay. The handheld shower didn’t work when using the bathtub, and the power socket for the hairdryer in the bathroom wasn’t functioning. It wasn’t a big inconvenience, but hopefully it can be fixed for future guests.
Other than that, everything was great and I truly enjoyed my stay. Would happily return!

Love the rooms and ambience of this hotel. Everything was perfect. Breakfast was absolutely delightful with wide range of food to try. I would like to mention the kind staff named Balan. He was friendly and very helpful.
The only downside is, I was double charged on my card and still awaiting for the refund. It’s been more than 2 weeks. Hope to receive it soon.

Newly renovated hotel. Room is big and clean. Room service need improvement, no tissue replacement for 2nd day. Parking is limited, parking lot in front of hotel is expensive.

Good to see an older hotel with refreshed and renovated rooms and a modernised lobby. The stay was comfortable overall.
The food needs improvement. Breakfast was mediocre with limited variety. No fresh fruit juices served. I ordered the club sandwich and their so-called famous char koay teow for a 10pm dinner. Both were very bad.
I also attended an event on Friday, 14 November at the main ballroom. The food served there was horrendous.
The hotel has strong potential with its upgraded rooms. You need to improve the quality and consistency of the food across all outlets and events.
