Was here for a work event. Hotel is good and clean and easily accessible. For me the location was great as my event was directly inside the hotel.

Hotel room is cozy, bed size is comfortable. Room service is nice. The 33/F swimming pool and fitness room offer chill relaxing facilities. Meals have wide variety but quality has room to improve. Overall it’s a nice experience in Petaling Jaya

Good sized gym at the top floor with a good view. However, there were signs of aging in the amenities. The towels were not soft and fluffy as they should be fitting of a five star establishment. The sofas in the lobbies are sagging and showing signs of weariness. But it was still an excellent 3-day stay overall.

The configuration is not up to par according to five-star standards, the toothbrush and toothpaste set is of poor quality, the service staff cannot clean up on time, and the bedding is old.
