It’s glad they follow the norms of not requesting for deposit now. Checking in is made easier now. Maybe next they can upgrade their service by allowing early check in for frequent visitors

I am considered a regular at this hotel. I've stayed at this hotel for many many many times since the past 5 years (since MCO). I always stayed here whenever I have business meetings in KL. (Almost every month). But today I am very very dissapointed with the customer service who is in charge of the bookings. (His name is Suresh). I had made a mistake on the date of booking and it's just for 1 night stay. Then I called the hotel to request for update on the date of booking. But this guy wouldn't assist me with the changes and just asked me to do new booking and cannot cancel the previous booking. Maybe it is very small matter for you. But as a regular guest for the past 5 years, I am deeply dissapointed with this kind of services. It's not like I have requested this for multiple times. It is very rare case. To those reading this, I will not recommend this hotel anymore. I will change to other hotel goinv forward. Really a dissapointment!!

Useless front reception …
Everything charges if early check in rm 30 , if late check out rm 30 , even no bell man to carry our bag , it is okey
But the way front office entrrtain is totally out , especially a big malay girl ( sorry i really donno her name ) The way she handle the guest .. so poor , Some more the breakfast , totally out … the rice of nasi lemak is maybe recycle since the rice is so hard , other food totally not well cook ,,, only roti canai , egg department and mee soup chef is superb … other food is zero … waste money only
Parking also chargeble , pay 5 star price , but dont havre parking , parking lot flooded when rain , aduh worst experience
It ks last trip to eastin … it is sure
