There is a shopping mall next to the hotel, which is very convenient. There is a small lake near the hotel, which is nice for a walk. The hotel's breakfast is very good. There is also a swimming pool on the second floor of the hotel.

Breakfast server very poor. waitress not very friendly. collected the used plates from another table & put on my table very harsh while she collected mine. shown like not willing to clear the plates on my table which I not asking her to clear it. she also cleared my plates without asking me. Actually, I wish to reuse my plates.
however, reception lady at breakfast section, she has a nice smile.

Overall, okay. Good but not excellent.
Facilities are all ok.
There is only one thing that is missing, when you go up to the guest room floor, the lift door just opens and there is a damp, musty smell. It's not like the smell near the fragrant lobby.
The room also has a smell even though the air conditioner is running. For individuals with sinuses, you may find it suitable to sleep here. There is an 'old smell'.
This hotel is rated 4 stars but in my opinion it is only 3 stars.
Overall it's okay. Price 1 night ± Rm450 includes breakfast for 4 people.
