This apar**ent hotel is located in the residence above the encorp stand mall in Kota Damansara. Although there is not much to visit in this mall, it has a lot of dining shops nearby.

The place is big and the room cleaning is adequate.
Only there is no front desk service, and I encountered obstacles when I checked in on the first day.

Totally zero hygiene in rooms.
Room not made up properly upon check in.
Wet toilet. Unwashed bathtub with pool of water and hair in it.
Stained sheets.
Table top with ants.
Water flask with ant.
Terrible musky smell.
Damaged flooring.

Had initial issue with WiFi, but host was aware and the repair was made within 30mins of us arriving.
Late check out was accommodated.
