We rented two rooms for three nights. We saw these problems on the first day and asked the waiter to arrange a room change. He said that it was full now and would change the room the next day, but no one came to arrange the room change. This room is too bad. , the bed sheets are dirty, who is itchy all over, in summary, this hotel is too dirty and the service is poor

The tv cannot be opened maybe due to the remote doesn’t have the battery, tried to on but can’t. At least leave a spoon and fork in the room. The room’s a bit small and not spacious as i saw in the picture given because i choose the room that has windows. Overall is okay.

A nice hotel in Kota Damansara, closed to lot of my favorite kopitiams and eateries. The room was comfy and clean. This was my 3rd times staying here, and i got the good price through Trip.com.

The bed condition is bad. Feel the spring…. Is not comfortable at all.
Toilet hair dare not function. Tv remote control is not working….
