I went past 7pm, December 1. I was inquiring about the rates. The guy at the front desk was already rude when I was talking to him, and he was on his phone the entire time while I was inquiring. He said he don’t know the rates, and that the person in charge of the front desk knows it, so many reasons. But he is the front desk personnel. It seems like he doesn’t want to be bothered with what he’s doing on his phone. The tone of my voice changed because he is not a nice person to talk to. Then he went so mad and shouted at me. It seems like he wants to kill a person. He stood and shouted at me at the top of his lungs. I got so scared when he stood as if he wanted to kill someone. I went out immediately. I sent an email of complaint and also made a report to the police. This hotel should not have any guests with the kind of staff that they have. Guests will certainly feel not safe.
