The price matches the quality, very nice accommodation~
The accommodation is located in the corner of a lively area, and it's nice to be able to explore the entire area within walking distance. However, it is really difficult to find a parking space nearby. During peak hours, I walked around for an hour and couldn't find a space.
The room I got, No. 203, was basically fully equipped. The sound insulation was slightly poor, but I personally found it acceptable. When the check-out time is approaching, the owner will call to ask if it can be extended, which I personally think is very considerate.
What's a pity is that I specifically requested the owner to arrange a room with a TV. The room we got did have a working TV, but it only had USB and an older red, yellow, and white plug, and no HDMI (maybe I couldn't find it personally). It’s no problem to watch movies with a pendrive, but its use is a bit limited and you can’t play game consoles.
Overall it's pretty good, and highly recommended considering its affordability.

We stayed in a family room. The owner can speak Chinese and is quite welcoming. The room is quite old and there is a strong smell of detergent when we first entered. The soundproofing is also not good. It is very convenient to eat and shop around the hotel.
