This is my frist time stayed, the room very spacious, comfortable and clean. Environment quiet and convenient location, front desk friendly.

The room was very big. But I disliked the door inside the room. I felt very insecure and seemed like the next room could come over my room. Everything was good.

Due to working nearby PJ area so to choose this hotel because of reasonable pricing. But the hotel is quite old. Location is great.

The room was clean and spacious. The bed was soft and cosy. The toilet water pressure was tremendous, and the heater worked, too. The breakfast buffet was also good, with a variety of food selections. There is no pool for kids, unfortunately. Only the adult pool is available. Overall, we enjoyed the stay.

My go to place to rest when I need to be near PJ. Always very welcoming and accommodating. Don't forget to try sushi from Sango while you are staying here!

Very rude cleaners. Have told reception and agreed that will check out at 12:30pm, the cleaners came at 12:15 knocking the door so hard as if he was going to break down the door! Stayed in this hotel many times but this time round seemed like the hotel had downgraded itself.

The rooms were spacious and spotless, with great furniture and crisp bed sheets. The breakfast buffet was delicious, with a huge variety of options! The staff were attentive and went out of their way to ensure that we were comfortable.

The room is clean and the hotel location is great.

Had a pleasant and enjoyable stay overall. However, I remember booking a superior room with a king bed on the app but we got a room with 2 twin beds instead. We were too tired from our trip to make a fuss about it and just joined the beds together. Perhaps, the cleaning staff should clean under the beds once in a while. Photos are the beds and view of the town from our window.

Arrived early. Checking with the staff if can check in before proceed to my meeting elsewhere. He was very accommodating and checked the available rooms. Managed to get one. This kind of extra mile service always put CC ahead of their competitors. Well done
