2nd time choosing Smile Hotel, their staff service still as good as usual, friendly and responsive. Just the room i got this time is scored way lower from my first stay. Aircond is working at 50%, filled with dust and not cleaned. Bathroom mirror was cracked. Bed was having lots of sounds when u get up to it, and you can directly feel the springs underneath. Others was good, very quiet place without too much noices. Bathroom is clean, water heater works perfectly. Still worth the money.
