Pillow smelly & the room lack of maintenance, aircond sound is noisy , drain paip sound so loud & not provided hair dryer (even ask the reception also said no).

There are better and newer place nearby. This place is old and run down. In front of MRT so quite noisy too. Location is excellent.

Just one pug in a room, I booked a family room that can live 4 adult, it's not convenient to us to charge hand phone, give a suggestion to bring a wire extension if you want to book this hotel
Every thing is ok, room is clean and hotel near by mrt, and there are a lot of restaurant around the hotel. customer service and front desk are very polite, excellent! 👍👍
