非常好，餐點好吃，溝通無障礙，對於商務旅行交通非常方便，晚上視野好還可以看到KLCC和KL塔期待下次再度入住

It’s been my top choice for location in terms of staying within the petaling Jaya area. We've stayed at the suite a few times, but this time we were placed on the lower floors and the room had several defects. The brackets holding the sliding door were broken, the floorboards were split, posing a safety hazard for young children, and the windows had fingerprints and hand marks. Thanks to the assistance of the staff, we managed to switch to another room; however, the floorboards connecting the living area to the master bedroom were still split apart in the new room. The club lounge access was mediocre. It did not feel like a true club lounge, as it was unavailable for half of our stay, and when it was accessible, the air conditioning wasn't working. Additionally, we were disappointed that the pool access was closed throughout our stay. Despite these maintenance issues, the staff were great, and our stay was okay.

設施：符合國內四星級標準，有冰箱。沒有藍牙音箱。健身房和泳池也都有。酒店蠻新的。空調聲音也蠻靜音。床品也蠻舒服。
衞生：打掃的很乾凈，房間內也沒有什麼異味。
環境：距離機場大概45分鐘左右的車程。在八打靈市區，酒店樓下就是一個商場，走過去很方便，商場裏吃的選擇不少。出去打車的話，在付款寶裏面選擇“境外打車”其實就是grab，還是蠻方便的。
服務：服務不錯，特別是禮賓，上下車都會開門問候。前台服務也不錯，會中文的前台並不會時刻在線，但是其他前台也很有耐心，一點簡單的交流完全沒有問題。入住的時候需要告知已經付了旅遊税，最好把入住單給前台看。
另外早餐很豐富，選擇很多，味道也都不錯。
就是房間比想象中小，其他都很不錯。
