Room was clean and with great city view . Bathroom was big with separate shower and bathtub.

The hotel just located beside the mall so no worries of looking for foods or entertainment. The room quite spacious and the bed was so comfortable. Overall very happy and satisfied with the hospitality and services provided by them. Highly recommended!!!

Overall, our experience at this hotel was very pleasant, especially for families. Amenities and services cater well to our needs. Durian pancakes were one of the highlights of the breakfast. The teh tarik was freshly made on the spot, rather than being dispensed from a machine like some other hotels. The room designs are fantastic, especially the spacious bathroom. Additionally, the room service menu and pillow menu offers plenty of choices. The hotel's services are quick and efficient.
Our only setback was the room arrangement. We were given a connecting room, which, with three young children, posed some challenges. Understandably, children can get excited, especially about amenities like the bathtub, and their voices can be loud. Unfortunately, this led to an incident where our neighbours felt compelled to knock loudly on the connecting door, which scared our children. While I understand the need for peace and quiet in a hotel environment, I believe there could have been a more considerate approach to addressing the situation.
Overall, despite this isolated incident, our stay was enjoyable, and I would still recommend this hotel to other families.
