Stayed in a Deluxe Queen with no window room. Room was a tad tiny but it served its purpose if you just need a room to rest and shower before heading out to your destination. Simple breakfast was included such as scrambled eggs, mushroom omelette and roti canai set. They even had toast, jam and butter. However, I would prefer if the bathroom had shower curtain or glass sliding door. Else, the floor would always be wet due to water spillover once someone showered. Anyway, this hotel is recommended since it is nearby to shopping mall such as 1Utama, The Curve and IKEA.

Given the price when booked and the condition of the room i can say its worth every penny. initially the plan was to stay for 2 night. But we extended to another night. The area is quiet and lots of shop and food stalls in walking distance. Recommended for those who in search for quiet stay after hectic days.

At first, we see only a clean room and neat but then we start to see some insects in our room which is not good but we likely can't complain so much since the price was a good bargain at least for night stayover. Their towel and bedsheet does have a stain that cant be removed and even have a tear on it. But after all, good place to crash

I'm ok and staisfied with the hotel's management, such as parking free, the room, cleanliness, staff attitude. All good. And its suitable for senior citizen and OKU to access from parking to lobby hotel. Just need to take lif to go 1 down level to the lobby. And there is only 1 lif at the parking that share with other residents in the aame blok. Today i've been stopped by indian lady staff (short hair) twice, from me entering the lif cause at that time there were other residents also waiting to take lif. She stopped me twice, as her reason was, guest cannot go to resident's level. In fact, the lif is goin down to the hotel lobby. I give 5 stars to the hotel service, but i'm not satisfied with the staff mentioned. Is there any problem among residents management and hotel managment?

The good - Good location as plenty of eateries within walking distance The bad - AM shift staff could have been friendlier and more accommodating - Unfriendly staff was not aware that our room was not ready - the door was left open and the room was obviously not clean and maintained. Bed sheets were messy. Did not proceed to enter said room. - Unfriendly staff did not apologise for the situation and proceeded to check-in another room for us. - Entered another room. Pillows and bed sheets were stained. Room was obviously not cleaned properly as we could still literally smell the odour left behind from previous customers - whatever they were doing as the hotel has a 3-hourly rate for RM50 which we later discovered. - Did not proceed to stay for the night and decided to book another place nearby.

Excellent hotel with excellent location located at the City Center, Extremely Clean & Comfortable. Upon arrival we were warmly welcomed by the friendly reception staff NuruL, she makes our trip more interesting with her advices & tips about the city, Supermarket, Shops, Restaurants Bars are within walking distance.
