Premier Inn Peterborough City Centre Hotel

Excellent service and excellent food highly recommended.A wide range of food is provided and was very enjoyable,.Staff are very welcoming and help with any service that was needed.The rooms were nice and cozy and we was provided with Any all comforts that were needed

All staff are friendly and helpful, the room was clean and tidy and couldn't hear the traffic, duty manager kate and Lorraine was really happy and jolly and always has a smile on their faces and always ready to help the customer/guest in what they need

I cannot thank celia peter karl and Paul enough for everything they did during our stay. We stayed there for out wedding they decorated our room and provided great customer service throughout our stay. They were friendly and couldn't do enough for us. Will definitely be returning.

Premier Inn is just the best! The team there especially Lina was brilliant at catering for our young toddler. It was clean, friendly and even helped when we lost our sons dummy. We arrived and they were attentive and very very helpful. Food for breakfast was lovely. Thank you!

Very clean, tidy, safe and easy access. It's close to the city and shopping centre which we can just walk in.

The room was fine, bed really comfortable. A quiet location not too far from the train station. The bathroom wasn't clean and the soap dispenser didn't work. The staff greeting us at breakfast were really lovely. The staff that checked us in were not. When I said my surname to check in, the lady kept repeating it like I'd said something really strange (it's not a strange surname!) She had to find another colleague who then gave a really stand off vibe, not welcoming at all. We'd already waited for a while for somebody to attend the desk, and the person came over and sat down with a big sigh. No hello, no welcome. It wasn't a good first impression.

Overall the room was spacious and comfortable with a quiet a**osphere the only issue I had was when I stubbed my toe and it started bleeding out, staff had no plasters or medical kit to help with this so was left trying to clean the wound with toilet paper

The reason for staying this hotel was the Cathedral. It is only a few minutes by foot and well worth it. The hotel itself is very near the city centre and train station. Good breakfast, clean room and very good service!

Ideal location. Looking all fresh and new still. Not many staff about but luckily didn’t need anyone for anything. Car parking a bit pricey for Peterborough but it’s ok for one night if needed. Lovely setting close to the river for a walk. We didn’t eat here with it being so close to choices in town.
