Arrived in 14th June 2024 and the request from travel agent was not submitted for a ground floor room. However we were lucky as they had room 105 free but needed to be cleaned. That was done really efficiently. They started our All Inclusive a bit earlier for us so we got to go get a drink and lunch. Had to ask for extra pillows as i only got one pillow. Room was clean. There are three pools at the hotel. Hotel is not on the beach ypu have to walk up the road turning right at main road. We paid 1500 rupees for two beds and a table on the beach. Food Same food morning and most evenings. Lunch is a three course meal. You have to sign for every single transaction when All inclusive. Went on boat trip on Sunday 16th for our wedding anniversary early start and got back after 7pm so didn't get chance to celebrate. Tried to book into terminal one but unsuccessful. So hotel took us to their sister hotel Wonders Beach their new hotel. Beautiful meal. Mis communication about paying and then issues with the card machine. Tinged by them taking one payment off husband's account and 4 payments off my card. Hotel then told me needed to sort it out myself with our banks after waiting from Thursday to following Wednesday for a resolution. Had 2 massages at hotel at 2500 rupees from 3000 rupees. Staff were friendly and ready to help. Went out three times for a meal due to the food but it made a change.

Passé de très bonnes vacances. L'hôtel est propre,calme, très beau cadre.La nourriture est bonne pour la demi pension que nous avons pris Personnel très sympathique. La plage est à proximité. Et pour les critiques c'est un 3 *. Si vous voulez plus prenez un 5 On y retourne l'année prochaine

How anyone can fault this hotel I don't know. The hotel has a good location and is only two minutes walk from a lovely beach. There are three swimming pools which are kept spotlessly clean. Breakfast is buffet style and there is the usual egg station where omelette etc are cooked fresh. Lunch is from a menu with plenty of choice. This was cooked fresh and served at the table. Evening meal was again buffet style which changed on a daily basis. My room was 122 which was large with a comfortable bed. Rooms are cleaned each day. Special mention to Emmanuel who fumigated the room after a number of mosquito appeared. Other mentions for Ravi the bar man and Anusha in the restaurant. Nothing was too much trouble for them and they were do friendly. Overall excellent hotel which is highly recommended.

Vacanza indimenticabile. La struttura è pulita ed accogliente. Il personale è molto disponibile, e socievole, come del resto la gente del posto. Alla reception è possibile organizzare al momento tutte le escursioni consigliate. In particolare abbiamo apprezzato l’efficienza e professionalità del sig Ajay , responsabile della reception, che ancora ringraziamo

Habitués aux voyages, nous avons passé un agréable séjour au Palmiste. Accueil chaleureux et souriant, chambres spacieuses et bien meublées, nourriture variée, et de bonne qualité. Hotel à fuir. Pas commerçant.. consommer pour 1000e en extra et le jour du départ ils nous ont refusé le repas du midi. Hotel miteux aucune animation..spa fermer...pas d'animateur...22h tout fermer. Je n'ai vraiment pas l'habitude de critiquer mais le directeur est irrespectueux..par contre le personnel au top...2e fois à maurice une fois au pointe au piments extraordinaire..et au palmiste c'est une horreur. C'est honteux.

It was our first time in Mauritius. The Resort itself proposed to us many facilities such as the Blu Passport shuttle, the Local Market and the sister Hotel which brings us to experience . Some activities guided such as the bike trips, cave exploration, diving initiation. The water activities but all depending on the weather conditions. The staff at this hotel were so friendly and helpful. They made our stay so enjoyable and comfortable.

Very nice hotel with beautiful beach, nice and spacious rooms and delicious kitchen. Most of the guests at the hotel were from UK and Germany. Rooms are separated in different small buildings, there is a nice pool and beautiful sandy beach (not as good as the beaches in the west part of the island, but still very nice). Very clean, everywhere. The hotel is part of a private resort Azuri, so no traffic or outsiders around. There's a big free parking right next to the entrance. The restaurant was very nice. They were serving different theme food from around the world (Italian, Indian, Mauritius etc). There's a buffet and a la cart restaurant, a nice bar next to the pool, a kids club, Spa. I strongly recommend choosing the all inclusive offer as that gives you freedom for drinks and most of the food at the menu restaurant.
