This review is to spare those looking for rest and relaxation because you will definitely not find it here. This place is a complete disaster and do yourself a favor and save your hard earned money. What was supposed to be a mini holiday soon became the worst trip ever. Why? Let me count the ways... Check in: The entire experience was a red flag. My Spouse and I were completely disregarded and told "no rooms available" even with a reservation. The staff was completely rude and tone deaf to the fact that whatever is being published on *********** is a lie What is Advertised: Private Beach - Not true. The resort does not allow you to bring towels to the "beach". We tried to access a stretch of beach and we were swiftly kicked out due to not having the correct color bracelet. No Seats. No Umbrellas. All sea****. Smell like a sewer. Just awful. Very rocky and dirty. Accommodations: Room is very outdated. Smells moldy. No hand soap in the restroom. Shower cover broken. Paid for a view - did not get a view. TV did not work at all. No working AC in the hotel. No snack shops. The glassware and silverware at the buffet are dirty. We were also told if we would like to enjoy the grounds to sunbathe you need to sit on grounds that are covered in ****s and pine needles. The pool is also very dirty. Food: Poor quality. Cold. The same food everyday. Chicken nuggets for breakfast. dirty scrambled eggs. Warm juices and dirty glasses. No healthy options. No onsite convenience store. Plan on walking to search for bottled water. Everything smells like garlic or sewage. Parking: The hotel takes your keys. Plan on parking on a slope and not having access to parking. The parking is at a raggedy abandoned building. Very sketchy and beware. Overall: This is entire trip was very stressful and it totally made me turned off from this place. Avoid at all costs. We were totally cat fished.

Disorganized, poor entrance, poor parking space, unpolite staff, not looking the same as on pictures, our room was not available, although we called several times to inform that we are going to arrive late afternoon. We were offer accomodation at other place for first two days and it was not suitable as I was traveling with older person. As we didn't accepted, we were bullied by reception staffa and manager, so we decided to leave and find ourselves another place to stay.

I visited here from 16th to 23rd October with my daughter. We were given a lovely family suite which had two rooms, a double bed and a single bed, a mini fridge and safe. We also had a large balcony, with a wonderful view of trees and mountains. There were a couple of things at the beginning eg battery in safe not working, and some toiletries missing, but Ivan, the Manager, a most charming and helpful man sorted it out immediately. The cleaning and catering staff were most helpful. I have to say that the linen and towels were extremely clean. We went for breakfast and evening meals and there was a wide variety of food available to suit all tastes, the best for me being the local produce, eg pastries, yoghurt and cheeses, fish and chicken dishes, salads, courgette fritters, grapes and fresh fruit. The hotel has a pool surrounded by pomegranate, olive and pine trees, and the path through the gardens leads directly to the beach. The town is lovely with a beach and boat trips available,(as well as trips elsewhere in Monte*****) and a wonderful local bakery where you can buy nice food for lunch. There is also a sea front café which serves homemade lemonade. The weather was variable, but above 20 degrees C and on some days 25 degrees C and full sunshine, so perfect for swimming. All in all, a great deal. I can definitely recommend. Just be aware that Euros are preferred to cash in some places, and you will need these when buying local bus tickets, for local bus trips, or in smaller cafés, though larger places and restaurants will take cards. There are a few cash machines along the sea front and at the back of one of the hotels, but they will take a small charge along the charge made by your card, so you are better off taking out a larger amount at a time.

i have had some business in Budva, so i needed place to stay for 3 days, contacted hotel, they remembered me from the summer vacation, gave me great deal for 2 nights with breakfast included. This time everything was pretty much better, due to less people, rooms are cleaner, pool is cleaner and not crowded ( still warm water ).

Pretty good hotel for a short stay, i have choose both breakfast and dinner and it was great selection of meals. My room was clean and on high hygiene level when i checked in, also new flat TV, and bathroom with towels,paper, soaps,etc... Terrace was nice, unfortunately i didn't have a view to the sea but i don't mind it

We have already been here in the summer, and we had some free days and decided to go again for 5 days to relax a little bit. Everything was again nice and clean. I must say that food was a little bit better in the summer but it's not a problem. The beach and sea is way more cleaner now than in the middle of the season

Really nice place. Great value for money. Set in beautiful grounds with friendly, helpful staff. Short path leads to the beach and the main street, so great location. Rooms are clean and spacious. Food wasn`t brilliant but not sure if this is because it`s approaching end of season (and I`m a bit of a fussy eater!)

Fantastic hotel, situated in the lush Mediterranean garden, only steps from the beach, nice and clean rooms and excellent and plenty full food, combined with extremely reasonable prices, makes this the best value out of all hotels where we stayed. You simply can’t go wrong by selecting this hotel for your next vacation. Staff is very professional and doing their best to assure that guests are happy, like Ivan at the reception desk, or Gojko the bell boy.

We went off season for a peace and quiet vacation, also a cheaper one, Excellent choice for elders like us, no kids noise, the sea is still warm and it's cleaner then in the season. Also all the prices are lower, and the hygiene is better because there are no so many people
