the worst food I have had in Italy in any hotel. barely adequate room, cold pool, wallpaper hanging off wall fridge not working, reported and no fix. would not stay at this hotel again. poor value from Titan. cold food and stale bread unnaceptable

I had no expectations of the hotel when I arrived and just assumed as a Titan Group Tour it would be of a very good standard. When arriving at resort after a very disappointing flight (that’s another story !) we had to wait for our rooms to be available. We were a group of 40 seniors and tired and hungry. My husband and I were the last room key to be given and good 1 hour and half after arrival. No drinks or food were offered as we waited! - unless we bought drinks - no food available! Dinner was served - very late - and a very mediocre standard of service and food (in the price of the holiday was given) - drinks were not provided - even water was not free. You cannot drink the water at the hotel !!! Please note ! There were quite a few couples who had to change their rooms and pay a large surcharge for a different room - as they were not suitable ! please read what you can expect before you go ! No lake view - that’s extra ! The pool was cold as this was start of season and if you expect to go walking you will need to be very vigilant if the roads as no paths !!! Very disappointed !! This is a hotel review - not a tour review - our tour manager could not be faulted - she was always on hand to help and the group itself all very friendly. Please do your homework before you go !!!

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo albergo per 3 notti con i nostri 2 bambini. Abbiamo preso la stanza che affaccia sul lago. La vista è molto bella, la stanza ha il soffitto alto con travi a vista, che però di notte scricchiolano inspiegabilmente. Il primo giorno abbiamo ucciso un ragno e dopo le "pulizie" era ancora lì per terra. Nel bagno c'è una vasca con la parete di vetro per consentire la doccia, ma non regge la guarnizione per cui si allaga il bagno (tant'è vero che la porta sotto è tutta gonfiata e rovinata). La colazione può migliorare: il pane non è sempre fresco, così come la frutta (le banane non erano ammaccate solo l'ultima mattina). Ciò che ci ha notevolmente stupiti è stata l'assenza di un frigobar all'interno della stanza. Abbiamo segnalato la mancanza alla reception, che prima ha insistito che in realtà c'era, poi ha constatato che invece no, non c'era e ci ha detto che se ne sarebbero occupati. Sono passati 2 giorni e nessuna notizia. Al momento del checkout ho fatto presente che la cosa ci aveva dato del disagio, perché dovevo mettere in frigo gli affettati per i panini ma non avevo potuto. La ragazza mi ha detto che avrebbero voluto dirci di usare il loro frigo, ma se n'erano dimenticati. Requisito per un 4 stelle è la presenza di un frigobar: il prezzo è da 4 stelle, il servizio decisamente no. Non torneremo

Dopo aver fatto un' ora di macchina per arrivare qui, siamo rimasti contenti del tavolo vista lago e il menù era davvero buono! Quest'ultimo un menù fisso per la giornata di pasqua che nonostamte fosse appunto fisso, pensavamo fosse qualcosa di relativamente veloce essendo che tutti avremmo mangiato le stesse cose. Con gli antipasti tutto bene , fino a che per il primo abbiamo dovuto aspettare un' ora, vedendo inoltre tavoli arrivati dopo di noi avere i piatti prima. Cosi stesso per il secondo. Una volta arrivati al dolce ore 15.20 circa (essendo arrivati alle 12.30) abbiamo chiesto gentilmente se fosse stato possibile averlo assieme ai caffe per snellire il tutto e andare. Ahimè al tavolo è arrivato solo il caffe, cosi che un po scocciati purtroppo abbiamo chiesto di poter portare via il dolce. Cosa che è stata sollecitata anche dalla proprietaria in cassa onde evitare di aspettare ulteriormente. Ci tengo a precisare che dopo aver esposto quanto successo alla propietaria, si è scusata e sarebbe stata disposta a togliere qualcosa dal conto, ma abbiamo rifiutato. Siamo stati invitati a soggiornare un weekend e qual'ora fossimo tornati ci avrebbero trattati con riguardo. Peccato per il disservizio.

Excellent accueil, très professionnel.
Je recommande la chambre 217 (spacieuse, calme, superbe vue, grand balcon et bien exposée)
Lit king-size très confortable.
Arrêt des bateaux pour Orta, Omagna...sur la propriété. Sentier côtier jusqu'au village.
La piscine et le restaurant sont ouverts au public.
Parking privé fermé.
Wellness, parc très agréable, jacuzzi ; baignade dans le lac et la piscine (en compagnie des canards...)
Petit déjeuner buffet très complet inclus.

A great hotel, well situated with good views over Lake Orta and with good service and food. A good Saga tour which included boat trips onto the lake and a coach trip to Switzerland to view the Matterhorn

Abbiamo fatto visita al ristorante dell’hotel l’approdo per una cena di coppia - consigliati saggiamente da Mauro, abbiamo degustato due piatti a base di pesce e carne entrambi all’altezza delle aspettative. Location incantevole. Ci ritorneremo senza ombra di dubbio anche in estate per provare la piscina. Grazie della accoglienza. Valerio & Cristian
