My room on the 5th floor had a garden view, but I could also see the sea. The staff were attentive from the beginning to the end of my trip. The room was clean and smelled great, and the bed was large and comfortable, so I slept very well. Thank you, Aroma, for accompanying me on this trip to Phan Thiet. You'll always be my first choice if I return to Phan Thiet. Loveee it!

The environment is beautiful and the room is very clean. Everything was great, except for the slightly remote location.

The hotel has its own beach, which is the main thing. After a swim in the sea, you can go for a dip in the pool, or just relax by the pool and watch the sea while you're swimming. The room has all the amenities. The staff is very polite. There's a wide selection for breakfast. And a special thanks for the huge bed, it's about 3 meters wide, which is pretty cool!

Aroma Beach Resort & Spa We stayed at Aroma Beach Resort and were very satisfied. From day one, you could feel the care and attention given to guests: the staff were friendly and always ready to help. They brought ice to our room upon request, and everything was handled quickly and without fuss, making our stay truly comfortable. We stayed in room 507, which was large, cozy, with a very spacious and comfortable bed, and an excellent sea view. The room was perfect for a good rest after an active day. I'd also like to specifically mention the breakfasts – they were delicious, with a good selection, and the coffee was genuinely high-quality, which is not always the standard in Vietnam. 🔥 The main highlight of the hotel is the beach area. It's large, convenient, well-thought-out, with plenty of sun loungers. The beach itself is clean, pleasant, with good access to the sea. The hotel grounds are not huge, but they are lush with greenery, very well-maintained, and beautiful, creating a sense of coziness and privacy. We also liked the pools and the convenient volleyball court right on the beach. We didn't have dinner at the hotel. Instead, we rented a scooter for our entire stay and explored different eateries in Mui Ne and Phan Thiet every day. This was an excellent decision, a true gastronomic delight with lots of delicious food and new places to discover. Conclusion: Aroma Beach Resort 🔥 is an excellent option for a comfortable beach holiday with great service, a pleasant atmosphere, and the opportunity to actively explore the surroundings. We would gladly return again.🫶

A good hotel, a very beautiful hotel. The most important thing is to avoid rooms in the main building!

We stayed at the hotel for 9 nights in early April 2026, in a garden-view bungalow. This is one of the best places! The location is fantastic – it has its own beach, a restaurant right on the seafront, and two clean swimming pools. It's situated between Phan Thiet and Mui Ne. For dinner, we'd go to Mui Ne by scooter or taxi (around $2-3), a quick 5-minute ride. Sometimes we'd have dinner at the hotel, enjoying the wonderful sea view. Prices are higher than in the village, but you get peace and quiet! Breakfasts are good, though definitely with an Asian slant. There was always something to choose from (pastries, yogurts, omelets...). They're really great for having a proper coffee machine; the cappuccino was excellent! By the pool, there's a bar with submerged chairs, perfect for cooling off on a hot day with a refreshing drink, taking a dip, and feeling completely refreshed from city life and daily worries. The hotel grounds aren't large, which we actually loved, but they're beautiful, lush with tropical greenery. Fish in the pond, exotic crested birds... all the joys of life. The bungalow was in excellent condition, everything clean and tidy, with daily housekeeping. On arrival, we received fruit and a beach bag. The blackout curtains were a big plus for us, and the balcony had nice furniture, perfect for sitting out in the evening and admiring the surrounding beauty. We especially loved being able to swim in the pool late in the evening when it was completely dark – it was lit up, the water was clean and warm, and no one bothered us; we could swim to our heart's content. The beach has white sand, and the sea was very warm, with small waves after lunch, which we absolutely loved playing in. I also want to mention my birthday, which I celebrated there. The staff were very welcoming; when they saw I had flowers, they immediately brought a vase, and in the evening, a small cake. Returning from the beach, we found a 'Happy Birthday' message made of tropical flowers on the bed (a small touch, but very pleasant)! We rented a beautiful gazebo for 4 hours ($10-12), which included ice cream and French fries. The only warning I want to give is about sand fleas on the beach. They don't bite everyone. Since I've been bitten by them before (it's not my first time in Asia), they tend to find me! So, don't lie on the beach sunbeds; stick to the ones by the pool. We highly recommend Aroma; it's a little paradise!

Great staff! Nice facilities. The quality of the food could be better, but it was okay. Planning on returning someday.

We booked for 6 adults and one child. Overall, we were very satisfied with the Hotel and felt like we got great value for the price. On Check-In, 3 of our 4 rooms were upgraded for free due to availability, which was a positive surprise. Everything was clean, the breakfast was tasty with a mix of western and vietnamese food, the pool was very nice, amd you have immediate access to the beach. Small negatives: We ordered in-room dining once (pizza), which was not that good (as usual in asia). If you want to eat outside of the hotel, there aren't many options nearby, you have to drive a bit for that.

We booked a garden view room, and it was shocking we got a room with the balcony facing over a junk yard next door with dogs barking and chickens running around . When i complained, the staff told me that is the room i booked, so be careful. The photo does not match the rooms you get given .. i had to spend 1.8 million VND upgrading to a room that matched the photos

The hotel was beautiful and right on the beach with a great spa and swimming pool. Special shout-out to the dining staff who were very polite, accommodating, and professional. Overall the hotel was wonderful and we will come back for sure. The only negative is they say they have a beach bar which is not open and literally just a shack, but they have other amazing food and drink choices in the main dining hall. You won’t regret a stay here.

Silent cozy place away from the town. There are no cafes shops and any activities nearby, so you have to go to the center. Can't avoid ladders moving inside the hotel, not the best option for baby strollers. There are two pools, one of them with a pool bar.
