The hotel is very old. The Food, many dishes such as banh uot, banh cuon, xoi, chao thit..., serves for breakfast are too cold while they should be served in warm or hot condition for tasty. Hot water should be available for use to dilute the very strong black coffee. The toaster was not working.

Nhân viên thân thiện và sắn sàng hỗ trợ, đặc biệt chị Vân và chị Tâm trong bộ phận dọn phòng rất nhiệt tình. Hai chị ấy đã giúp tôi tìm số điện thoại các nhà xe về Cam Ranh. Tôi rất hài lòng với trải nghiệm tại đây.

My wife and I are staying at a neighboring property (Lotus Village) but stopped in the spa for a massage around 7:00 p.m. on 1 December. The spa staff had us lock our things in a cabinet then took us to the neighboring room for a hot stone massage. Although they gave us the key for the cabinet when we returned 90 minutes later, 500,000 VND was missing from her purse and I was missing 1 million VND from my wallet. The staff here is not honest and disestablishment should be avoided.
