"The room matched the photos, but it had a mouldy smell. I arrived at 3am, exhausted, and didn't have time to inform the resort as I had to leave early in the morning. Despite setting the air conditioning to 18 degrees, the room remained hot and humid, making it uncomfortable. When I spoke to the staff the next day, they attributed the smell to the room lacking windows. However, the room does have windows, and regardless, it shouldn't smell mouldy. Security was satisfactory, but I believe they should be paid more. When the security personnel helped with my luggage, they lingered, seemingly expecting a tip. This made me feel uncomfortable and harassed, which detracted from my overall experience."

"If you're looking for a quiet place outside of the city, look no more. I loved the private beach, it was much cleaner than the rest of the shore. The sunrise walk on the beach is the must! Red dunes are also only 5 minutes away. Breakfast buffet was one of the highlights of the day. Be aware that the pool only works till 6 pm. The gym was really cool. New equipment, open till 9. The staff was incredible, always smiling, helpful, and attentive. Shout out to receptionists Thang!"

"This is a great hotel, but it's clearly a bit dated. The carpet is dirty in places, and the wallpaper is peeling a little. But for us, these were minor details. Overall, everything was wonderful. The room is spacious, cleaned daily, and there's a spacious veranda with sun loungers that offers a stunning view of the grounds. The service is worthy of 5 stars. The breakfast is varied, with many unique dishes, but you'll definitely find something to suit your taste. There's a bar both in the hotel and by the pool. The pools are large and clean, as is the entire grounds. A visual delight 😍 For children, there's a large play area, plus separate pools with small slides. There's a golf course and a tennis court. The hotel offered a festive program for New Year's. We'd definitely return. We think the hotel's location is excellent; it's on a hill, but a buggy takes you to the beach and back. The main street is literally a couple of minutes' bike ride away. It's also not far to walk, about 20 minutes. The beach is good, the entry into the water is gentle, shallow, and sun loungers are free for hotel guests."
