GGuest UserFirst time we are staying at The Cliff, all the staff at The Cliff are so nice and well trained.
We really enjoy our villa, they are so kind to arrange villa with wonderful view, we even can see the fireworks from Beach Club. But if you are a light sleeper, be aware buggies car will park there and staff will cleaning up (hard working) until midnight. So little bit noisy.
One thing I would like to raise the question is : Why do you charge for the latte and espresso for breakfast? I do not see it at 4-5 stars hotel/resort.

AAndrei BystrovA wonderful hotel! We enjoyed our stay there very much! This hotel in concept reminded us of the best representatives of the hotel business of the Antalya Riviera of Turkey, only without all-inclusive and animation, which is even better! Our room had a sea view and we spent at least an hour every day on the balcony enjoying the view of the sea and the sound of the surf... The hotel has thought out everything to the smallest detail, the good-natured and friendly staff makes the daily mood joyful and comfortable. Special thanks to Mr. Tang for our comfortable stay. In the resort area of Mui Ne there are quite a lot of hotels marked with 4 stars, but Sunny Beach has real four stars of world class.

my daughter and myself got stung by a jellyfish and they didn’t have nurse on duty but thanks for Ms Phuong who took care of us.
The staff is attentive, nice and helpful.
There are many choices of the breakfast but it takes pretty long for getting a coffee as the machines don’t work very well.
There were some vietnamese customers dumped the trashes on the floor in the restaurant that is disgusting, the staff should have given them reminders.
It is a good resort, I will recommend to my friends and come back for sure.

1118167****The service here was truly excellent 👍. We got welcome drinks and a complimentary massage during check-in. Our butler, Hong, was warm and professional! The location is also quite good, and the whole vibe is pretty chill. However, for one of Mui Ne's two best hotels, I found the room facilities a bit dated, and it might not be great value for money during peak season. Even if domestic hotels in China are a lower tier or price point than those in Vietnam, their toothbrushes, combs, razors, hairdryers, bedding, and towels are much better quality. China's manufacturing of these items is truly excellent and inexpensive. While Vietnam's processing industry is booming, it still has a ways to go. Perhaps it's because I didn't book a villa (since I was only staying one night). Compared to the pool villa I stayed in for two nights at Centara, I still prefer Centara's villa types. But Anantara's service is better and more personalized; Centara had too many kids and was too noisy, and the English proficiency wasn't as good as at Anantara.

GGuest UserNice enough bit a bit run down. No hot water and when I did run the shower a tap under the sink started leaking water all over the floor. The swimming pool was heated as well which is a bit weird given how hot Vietnam is... so no cooling off in the pool after a long day riding the motorcycle. Nice enough for a one night pit stop but you'rld be disappointed if you booked for longer.

NNataliaThematically decorated hotel in pirate style which probably kids will be fond of. As for us looked pretty much artificial without some common facilities fr example no big lobby with convenient waiting area.
Location is extremely inconvenient in some semi abandoned area.
Rooms are high-end decorated and nice. At the same time hotel territory is not big and all the hotel services seems overpriced as for this city and location.
Hotel beach is across wide highway, not at the hotel territory. Swimming pools are small and shallow which looked aimed at kids as well.

ББессарабоваЕленаWe took SeaLion at the price of Palmyra, we got lucky with the promotion. Huge room, balcony overlooks Anantara, and the end of the balcony - the sea. I asked for a higher floor in the reservation, but they gave me the 3rd floor, although I was counting on the 4th-5th. On the 4th day, the water in the shower began to drain poorly, after breakfast we made a request at the main reception, 15 minutes later the master came, cleaned 👍 Some of the sun loungers by the large pool are a bit worn out. The area around them is cleaned at a C. Well, if you find fault 😄 The pool is large and clean, in the evening they turn on the lighting, it's beautiful. Breakfasts are good, we had enough: scrambled eggs or an omelet, bacon, vegetables, fruits (delicious watermelon, pineapple, dragon fruit, bananas), delicious coffee, we had eggplants a couple of times, we really liked them, chicken and pork were also there. The hotel territory is large, cozy, green, 3 ponds with fish. The tiles of the second pool were replaced and renovated in our presence. The location of the hotel is convenient, 5 minutes away is the drugstore U Anton, we exchanged money there, got coffee and he always kept Shavet in the refrigerator for us 😉 next to it is a massage parlor and a laundry (30td for 1 kg). I definitely recommend the hotel!

JJacky ƯơngIt is the residential area of Mandala, it is not a traditional hotel. I had a great short stay here, the room is very clean and quiet. the water pressure in the shower room is also very good, the waiter took the initiative to call 3 hours in advance when driving there and reminded me that my vacation was ready, he also took me to the room very enthusiastically and warmly. he always answered my questions about the regional specialties in a timely manner. when checked out this man helped me carry my luggage to my car. I rate it much higher than a traditional 5 star hotel
