The hotel facilities are complete and the rooms are clean! The swimming pool is clean and beautiful! The viewing platform is beautiful for taking photos! The breakfast is rich! The beach is just outside the swimming pool. It is very lively at night and you can also drive a motorboat🛥️

The reception is cute but the restaurant is not. I called to book a table for dinner because I checked in late, I had young children, and the staff couldn't answer the phone clearly. I turned it off and didn't call back. I called again to book a table, then finalized the order and asked for a deposit, ok. I said text message to transfer money, but there was silence. When I went to the place to ask, I still knew that she booked a table but didn't prepare anything. The reason I didn't see her transfer money was, I looked on zalo and she couldn't find it?!! The food is slow to come out even though it's all basic dishes for children (rice, fried eggs...) Not recommending customers to order food at this ksan!
The facilities in the room are not worthy of 4 stars, the bathroom is old, lacking many personal items (razor, conditioner, hair...), 1/4 of the room I stayed in had a bad smell even after cleaning. Reported that the receptionist had used essential oils but the first night I couldn't sleep well because of the smell!
The first floor lobby and floors are hot and stuffy because there is no air conditioning or ventilation fans. The swimming pool is okay but I don't see any pool security. The hotel has the plus point of having a private beach.

Hotel location was good. Breakfast was very average and could be skipped. Overall no complaints and would use this hotel again if in Mui Ne for a short trip.

The staff is friendly and the breakfast was average. Their circular swimming pool overseeing the beach is good. They have a beach but no sand. You have to go either left or right if the hotel to experience Sandy beach and the beach color is muddy. Had a comfortable stay in a room with a balcony overseeing the road and it was very windy.
