It's extremely old. Direct win service is 0 at the front desk. The staff is friendly. The swimming pool is not cleaned, the other area has no water, and the restaurant that serves breakfast is an elderly woman who serves rice noodles, a fried egg, a baguette, and a cup of coffee per person. That's all for the next day. There is no bread. The hotel has a car, but it does not run. I asked for a taxi at the front desk, but it was more than twice as expensive. I had no choice but to ride. They also asked for a motorcycle rental, which was more than twice as expensive. The front desk lady spoke little English, but I gave 300,000 degrees as a tip to the old lady at the restaurant and some friendly staff.
Currently, the facilities shown in the photos cannot be used. English is not communicated. Actual service is 0 points. A hotel I never want to go to again.
Facilities are a problem, but service is a big problem.

very old poor hotel, the beach is dirty, the staff is not happy, unfriendly. breakfast is acceptable. is located far from the city. There are vacant lots and construction sites nearby.

The room was so dirty there were lots of spiders and cockroaches 🪳 also other kinds of insects in my room. I don't advise you that hotel.

The Blue Ocean in Mui Ne was a fabulous experience. Expertly managed and run by Kristy the resort delivered on every level. We had an Oceanside bungalow and lived for 10 days with the sounds of breaking waves ! The room was spacious and clean and provided on every level. The indoor / outdoor bathroom was a small slice of paradise. The staff were very efficient and friendly at all times. The resort layout is very open and flows nicely , yet our room was still private. The breakfast was timeless, you can never tire of fresh fruit , coffee and eggs with a stunning view and cooling breeze. The resort beach is one of the best on the *****, as the resort has been very proactive with their beach preservation strategy. 3 concrete groins installed have worked a treat. Beach erosion is a problem in much of Mui Ne. If kite surfing is your thing Blue Ocean is perfect with a host of schools in short walking distance. If windsurfing is the go - head down to Jibes 1 km east. The pool is a stand out feature of the resort, perfectly maintained and big enough for a decent swim or just a refreshing dip. Centrally located the Blue Ocean Resort is the 4 star place to stay in Mui Ne what ever your plans !
