Expérience mitigée : l'hôtel est merveilleux. Au milieu d'un parc luxuriant belle piscine puis acces direct a la plage avec de super transat et parasol. a chambre est spacieuse et la salle de bain aussi. Une jolie terrasse en plus. Par contre le restaurant n'est absolument pas à la hauteur : si vous souhaitez un cocktail dans lequel il faut de la mangue, de la banane ou de la pomme : passez votre chemin ils n en n'ont jamais !!! Pas de dîner et encore moins de déjeuner ! Nous avons dîner au Bamboo Village qui est juste à côté !! Dommage

Cet hotel est très bien situé et il y a beaucoup de restos à proximité. Le personnel est tout à fait charmant et même s’ils ne parlent que le vietnamien, ils sont chaleureux . La restauration le soir c’est ordinaire pour le prix et le déjeuner est le pire que j’ai vu; rien pour les occidentaux, et un choix minimal pour les autres, nous avons du nous acheter des yogourts et autres produits pendant un mois. La chambre est grande, propre, bien climatisée et eau chaude à profusion mais avec un mobilier minimal: possède un grand balcon ou il est bon d’y profiter de la douceur de la soirée. Le mobilier du resto, les chaises de plages, chaises à la piscine, parasols, coussins sales, piscine à refaire au complet, tout est à renouveler. Par contre, les jardins sont somptueux. J’y retournerais car je m’y sentais chez moi malgré les petits irritants.

We spent one night in the resort because we were mainly in Mui Ne for kiting. The hotel area is very nicely laid out and is also diligently kept clean. The rooms are also very, very clean. Unfortunately, our air conditioning didn't work, which we only found out very late in the evening, since you only have electricity in the room if the key card is inserted. The beach was beautiful and kept very clean by the staff. The loungers were very comfortable. The breakfast buffet had a good selection and it was always refilled. The menu in the hotel bar offered a large selection of national and international dishes, but you could only order soup, as everything else was not available according to the staff. Also the communication in English at the hotel bar was a bit difficult. What we didn't like was that in front of our room after 11 p.m. there were still many other guests sitting on the floor in the hallway and in front of the bungalow and having a big, loud picnic. We would have wished that the security would ask the other guests to do it a bit away from the bedroom. Otherwise the staff at the reception was very nice and helpful and there were no communication problems.
