Very cozy houses among the lush greenery of the jungle. There is no kettle or refrigerator in the houses - this was not a problem for us, we stayed for one night. The air conditioning works great, the house is spacious and very clean. Good breakfast (about 5 European breakfast options to choose from) and fresh vegetables/fruits.

A fabulous back to nature place in the middle of the jungle. Exactly what we were looking for as part of our Thailand family holiday. It’s the simplicity of this place that makes it stand out, alongside an ethical and environmentally aware approach to running a hotel. Staff just superb, food incredible (you must try the jungle dinner experience), and access to the local activities so easy. We spent time with the local elephant feeding and bathing her, a long tailed boat trip across the lake including a very hot hike over the mountain to the historic caves. WiFi at the restaurant only is a good reminder to put the phone down for a while and reflect in nature. Finally the views from the main restaurant area across the mountains. I spent an hour this morning drinking coffee, watching the birds, and soaking it all up. Perfect.

Excellent accommodation but not much to do in the area. I thought it was a shame that there was no roof on our shower room/toilet. In the night with the insects this was not really my thing. Cottages are well furnished with everything you need. Breakfast delicious. Super nice people who work there and they all do their best. Grateful to have experienced this.

The community lodge is a good place to visit Kao Sok. We canoed and walked there. The lodge is beautifully situated in the green. The houses are spacious. The bathroom is very basic and a chair would have been nice. The air conditioning worked fine. Although there is a restaurant on the street, you are mainly dependent on the lodge. Many people had all meals included, but our travel agency had not booked that for us. The food may be better, but we found the quality to be mediocre. The breakfast was also poor, although you could have eggs fried. The place was good and the staff very nice and helpful, which made us have a good time despite the food.

Bungalows on stilts in the middle of the jungle. The room was good but we had booked a room for 3 people and we ended up with a large bed and a camp bed with a tired mattress. Very seriously. Apart from that the restaurant is super nice, the food very good and the staff friendly. The activities offered are to be done, such as the night dinner. Also a small downside, we eat at the restaurant and not in the jungle as specified in the catalog. Finally, the net preventing insects from entering the room through the bathroom was torn and despite reporting it to reception, no one came to repair it. A swimming pool would be a plus

We’ve had a wonderful 4 days staying in this beautiful rainforest. The staff are brilliant and have organised all our trips for us which are just brilliant and a lovely experience, from cycling and visiting local villages in the jungle and seeing how they live and work, seeing how rubber is made coffee beans all the herbs and spices grown in the gardens to produce all the amazing food. The elephant sanctuary - a small local place that has orphaned just two special elephants and we had the privilege of one to one with them..bamboo rafting such a calming experience, to the most amazing day on the lakes. We also did both cooking experiences, visited an organic farm and participated in cooking all our own food and the processes involved and did the jungle dinner night - this was also lots of fun & we met some amazing people doing this, but all the trips were small groups so really good. Lekky - front of house was ever so helpful and personable. We had a problem with our first lodge so he went out of his way to ensure we were happy and moved our room on the 1st day, he was also the person to organise the trips ensuring great communication throughout all our trips. The breakfast is good, plenty of choice and highly recommend trying their cocktails. The views from the lodges and communal areas are lovely and so tranquil. The lodges are super clean and the beds are lovely and comfortable. Just a couple of suggestions would personally be: Some seating area in the lodges as only outside seating provided, but plenty of lovely space to relax in the communal areas. The bathrooms could do with a little spruce up all the taps are very loose!! But it is the jungle. Maybe a hand towel in the bathroom could be handy especially for us woman! But overall a fantastic experience and we have created the best memories here. Thank you.
