Perfect hotel thank you very much!

Room has lots of small red ants

A luxury hotel as per their title. Indeed a luxurious one in chiangmai. Good location, outside hotel is a small scaled night market. Lake infront of the hotel makes a good cycling/ walking spot. Hotel rent bike for free too.

The more bad that I been in thailand in 8 years. The terrace just had a wall infront that you can touch with your hand, humidity on toilet, the mattress is so soft that you go inside with all body. And the staff only speak thai. For this price I have a jacuzzi room in Chiang Mai in a very nice place. Never more we will come back and the family of my wife is from phayao

The rooms are clean and the staff fix problems immediately. Delicious breakfast

The location is along Kwan Phayao. You can walk to the walking street not very far. There is a fitness center and bicycles for rent to ride around the lake. The room is spacious, clean, has a dryer, water heater, wide bed, can see the view from the side of the winch. But the air conditioner is not very cold even though I adjusted it to cool mode and set the temperature below 25 and it still wasn't cool.

I like the accommodation. I woke up in the morning and saw the Phayao lake. At night, I came to sit next to the lake. A cool wind blows like you're at the sea. But it's not sticky at all. The accommodations are clean, the beds are very soft, and the parking lot is convenient.

Recommend it. Clean, convenient, good atmosphere, very good service staff.

Very cute little hotel

The hotel is designed in white and feels quite clean. There is no swimming pool, but there is a fitness room on the second floor. There are scenic spots and restaurants on the left and right sides of the hotel, which is very convenient. The room is well equipped and recommended.

Convenient, clean, peaceful.

This is a very clean and comfortable place to stay in Phayao. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I would strongly recommend this place. My room had a view of the famous swamp (nicer than it sounds!) It's nice to stroll around the swamp perimeter around sunset in the vicinity of the hotel.

The Phu Glong is well worth the visit. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely stay again next time we pass through Phayao. The hotel is modern and gorgeous . The only negative feature is that the architect forgot to put bedroom light switches by the bed. One has to get up and cross the room to turn the lights on or off.
