Phuoc Thuan Hotels with Bars

We, family with 2 adults and 2 kids (8 and 3 years old), had a wonderful time in Melia Ho Tram Resort. We stayed in the family suite, which was very spacious and had a beautiful view over the resort and beach from the 11th floor. Everything was very clean and well maintained. The resort staff was always helpful and supportive especially with the kids. The pool and the beach can be reached within 5 mins walking or less with the shuttle cars. The pool and the beach area is really nice including a pool bar and a kids pool. Our kids also enjoyed the kids club including the different activities like animal feeding, handcrafting etc. Only downside of the resort is the surrounding area because there is not too much to explore around next to a pier and some stores and restaurants. Overall did we had a great time there and would highly recommend.

Great hotel. The service was amazing. The food was great. The area is still being built up so the location was not a lot outside the hotel. But if you looking for a relaxed and chilled place perfect. The resort has lots to offer.

A beautiful resort with great service. All of the staff were so friendly and professional. Special thank you to Amy, Kathy, Billie,Mr Quyit (whom my daughter fell in love with at the Churchill restaurant), and Son at the pool bar. The resort is well maintained. The food has plentiful portion sizes and is very good (a bit pricey), and the rooms are clean and comfortable. Thank you for a wonderful stay! We will be back again.

Beautiful hotel, near the beach, staff are very friendly and helpful to families with young children like ours. I only have two things to comment on: - My room is in puba so walking through the hallway at night looks very scary. I'm a man and it's okay, but my wife and two small children feel quite scared if she doesn't go with me. Hopefully the hotel can light up this area a little more at night. Maybe just two rows of LED lights will be fine. - The air conditioner in the room is loud and has a hissing sound. Even though I have turned down the fan to quite mode, when the lights are turned off, it still makes an annoying noise. General comments are that the hotel is spacious and airy. It feels like going back to old times...very nice.

When we checked in, the room has smell like humidity then after we complained to receptionist, hotel send a room attendant to solve this smell with cajeput oil. Because we came at rain season, so we understand with this trouble. We choose restaurant at hotel for lunch, diner and breakfast but food is so-so, not like we expected. Sight is good. Water in swiming pool is quite warm even at 6PM, and we like it.

I have been recently here with my family. At the very first glance, the decoration of the whole hotel impressed me a lot. The hotel is fully covered by trees, so the atmosphere is quite fresh, green, and peaceful. The room is very spacious, spotless, modern, and comfortable, which is fully furnished with a TV connected the internet, comfortable beds and fluffy pillows, an air conditioner. The bathroom is covered with amenities, a bad tub, and a separated shower area. The room and amenities inside it are absolutely cleaned and neat. In terms of the breakfast, there are a variety of scrumptious traditional Vietnamese dishes mixed with some Western ones. The food is perfectly seasoned and made. The receptionists and employees there are very nice, friendly, and thoughtful. The beach is beautiful and clear. There is a little trash on the beach but it is bearable. However, some points I would like to mention for the improvement. The air conditioner is quite hot. Most of my family members felt hot at midnight because we set the temperature at 26 degree. When lowering it down to 20-23 degree, it is cold. Therefore, I would like to contribute my views and experience for further improvement. Thank you for your service. The hotel facilities and rooms were in the best and clean condition. However, the composition of the breakfast buffet was insufficient, the training of the staff was insufficient, and the number of staff was insufficient, so it was inconvenient to clean the dishes too late. I think more kindness training of the restaurant staff is needed.
