I have been recently here with my family. At the very first glance, the decoration of the whole hotel impressed me a lot. The hotel is fully covered by trees, so the atmosphere is quite fresh, green, and peaceful. The room is very spacious, spotless, modern, and comfortable, which is fully furnished with a TV connected the internet, comfortable beds and fluffy pillows, an air conditioner. The bathroom is covered with amenities, a bad tub, and a separated shower area. The room and amenities inside it are absolutely cleaned and neat. In terms of the breakfast, there are a variety of scrumptious traditional Vietnamese dishes mixed with some Western ones. The food is perfectly seasoned and made. The receptionists and employees there are very nice, friendly, and thoughtful. The beach is beautiful and clear. There is a little trash on the beach but it is bearable. However, some points I would like to mention for the improvement. The air conditioner is quite hot. Most of my family members felt hot at midnight because we set the temperature at 26 degree. When lowering it down to 20-23 degree, it is cold. Therefore, I would like to contribute my views and experience for further improvement. Thank you for your service. Beautiful hotel, near the beach, staff are very friendly and helpful to families with young children like ours. I only have two things to comment on: - My room is in puba so walking through the hallway at night looks very scary. I'm a man and it's okay, but my wife and two small children feel quite scared if she doesn't go with me. Hopefully the hotel can light up this area a little more at night. Maybe just two rows of LED lights will be fine. - The air conditioner in the room is loud and has a hissing sound. Even though I have turned down the fan to quite mode, when the lights are turned off, it still makes an annoying noise. General comments are that the hotel is spacious and airy. It feels like going back to old times...very nice.

This trip was another unforgettable one. The resort is only about half an hour away from my home. I thought I could take my wife on vacation for one night, so I arranged to stay at this newly opened resort. Because the location is a new development, the environment may need more improvement. There are many insects. I know this is caused by the nearby grass, but I hope the hotel can find ways to overcome it. Vietnamese tourists don’t care so much. But this is not necessarily the case for foreign tourists. When I checked in, I felt that the service was pretty good. It was normal to have a little food. It didn't matter if there were some bugs outside the door, just don't enter the room. The hotel is very new, the room design is good, the sea view room is okay, everything is very chill, although the facilities in the hotel are not many, they are enough for tourists to entertain themselves for a day. There aren't many choices for breakfast, but it's not bad. The highlight is what happened when I checked out, which completely overwhelmed my desire to come back. Since the afternoon tea and dinner were used in the hotel the day before, you need to settle the bill when checking out. Although I had enough cash on me to pay, I thought that Vietnam is still a cash payment country, so I wanted to keep some cash on me, so I chose to pay by card. The first credit card failed to be used because the limit for this month was exceeded. The second card was a cash card and was successfully used. The line on the mobile phone also received a deduction message. The operator actually said that the deduction was unsuccessful, which made me dumbfounded. Please ask the hotel staff to deal with it for a while and then tell them that it was impossible to contact the bank at noon to confirm whether the deduction was successful (at that time, the deduction was successful in Taiwan). two options First fill in the power of attorney and leave the card information. If the deduction fails, I will swipe the card for me. Secondly, you have to wait for an hour after the bank comes online to confirm whether the deduction was successful. Later, the hotel staff also felt embarrassed to keep the guest and could not continue the next trip. I was not worried and left like this. I kept coming and going, and finally I had to wait for the bank to confirm that the deduction had been successful before leaving. Having said all that, I actually don’t want to blame the hotel entirely, because I may not have much experience in this matter. At that time, the hotel staff handled it with all their heart, and I felt that they were sincere. However, I hope that some details can be improved to avoid losing the customer’s willingness to repurchase. If we had handled it better at the beginning, we would have waited happily even if we waited, and maybe we would come back next time. In fact, the overall service of the hotel is pretty good, but because there are many other resorts competing nearby, and if this kind of thing happens, even if this kind of thing doesn't happen, I might choose another hotel next time for a different physical examination. . This hotel is getting better and better, and I hope other tourists will give them another chance.

Absolutely spectacular spent four days there for my cousins wedding. The scenery, the location the amenities were all high class. We were even lucky enough to get upgraded from a two bedroom ocean suite in the tower to a two bedroom villa with private pool 24 hour room service, 24 hour Buggy service Beautiful beaches, beautiful pools, lovely Staff They provide free water in the rooms which is an Addison class bottle with Amelia stamp on it unfortunately unfortunately some of them tasted a little funny just smoky and the Hampton wharf about 500 m walking from the resort is nice but at this particular point in time is not fully functional there would be 50 shops there and only three are open apart from that, it was absolutely great

The staff was excellent and they tried their best to makes us comfortable. They helped us book transportation back to Ho Chi Minh via private car with very little notice. While breakfast wasn’t so good, the other dishes were great. The towels, hot water, and water pressure were perfect to start and end the day. Additionally, the beach is not crowded, so you can enjoy the sunrise and sunset with family and friends.

It was a good trip, we had a good time in Ho Tram and Dhawa. The room a bit small and not very clean if we compare to Holiday Inn Hotram and IHG’s standard. But the pool is nicer and the beach also better. I’m a bit consider next time when I back to Ho Tram I should stay in IHG or Dhawa. I hope the room more clean and a bit bigger is the best. Thanks.

The hotel facilities and rooms were in the best and clean condition. However, the composition of the breakfast buffet was insufficient, the training of the staff was insufficient, and the number of staff was insufficient, so it was inconvenient to clean the dishes too late. I think more kindness training of the restaurant staff is needed.

When we checked in, the room has smell like humidity then after we complained to receptionist, hotel send a room attendant to solve this smell with cajeput oil. Because we came at rain season, so we understand with this trouble. We choose restaurant at hotel for lunch, diner and breakfast but food is so-so, not like we expected. Sight is good. Water in swiming pool is quite warm even at 6PM, and we like it.

Most staff are kind and helpful. A bit of language barrier with many staff if you don’t speak Vietnamese. While we asked for more free water, the call center asked us to pay for it. Eventually she gave us it for free (2 bottles) after checking but it should not happen. Food is delicious but more pricey than HCM. Some insects around. Plz bring your fly spray there. Many restaurants and facilities unavailable on the weekdays. Maybe a weekend place! Good free shuttle bus from D1 HCM.

Return to Intercontinental Grand Ho Tram after a quite long time. The warm welcome from the Front Desk - Concierge makes me feel very comfortable. The room and surrounding facilities are very clean. Lemongrass restaurant has a convenient location and a variety of morning buffet. The food is delicious and especially the supportive spirit of the F&B department must make me ”WOW” (although I have experienced many restaurants in the resort). The waiters are all very attentive, open and enthusiastic. When I was enjoying the morning, Mr.Phong (F&B manager or supervisor) came to ask and wished us a happy holiday. I appreciate the spirit of customer support from you from FO to F&B. It must be that not only me but also many visitors after the trip have similar experiences. Hope to have more enjoyable stay here in the near future.
