When I arrived at Phi Phi, the weather condition was horrible so I couldn’t take a boat to the hotel. Had to trek about 55 minutes in the rain to get to the hotel. The staff was quite helpful as they carried my luggage for me. Overall, clean and tidy with a decent breakfast. Better check the weather forecast before going just in case.

The island resort boasts a gorgeous beach, which is undoubtedly its main attraction. While the resort does excel in providing a serene and relaxing environment, the strict opening and closing times were a bit inconvenient. It’s great for older people and honeymooners and 2-3 days enough. After that it gets boring and quiet For instance, even when we were having dinner at 8.45 pm, the staff were already starting to clear tables, which created a sense of urgency and made us feel like we had to rush our meal. Since they close at 9pm.Similarly, breakfast also felt rushed due to the early closing time at 10am . Overall, the island resort is a great choice for those seeking a peaceful beach getaway, but it may not be ideal for those looking for a more active or varied vacation experience. The staff's adherence to strict schedules could be improved to enhance the overall guest experience. We booked for 6 days but stayed for 3 then moved to the pier where there some variety of restaurants, foods, entertainment

Long Beach is wonderful, really amazing. The hotel is quite simple and need some renovation. It is worth to try the sea view room. Check out time is earlier than usual at 11am.

I’m staying in this hotel not first time. Last time was here around 7 years ago and I still think it’s the best hotel at Long Beach 🏝️ Perfect 😍 location! Stuff is friendly and helpful, smiling ☺️ very nice. Food is good, I prefer Thai food and it’s great at the restaurant 🥰 Ah, massage 💆♀️ was just amazing! Great stay! Thank you ❤️ I’ll definitely will come again and will recommend this hotel to my friends 🩵

Stunning location - no matter the ageing hotel - it’s a nice daytime walk, or a fast longboat and, if you like snorkeling, seriously, it was better than the boat tour, and very close to shore (near the rock wall).

The location is the best! It's in Long Beach, the best beach on that coast! If you go by walking, don't give up, it is about 2~2.5 km from the harbor and is a tricky road, but it's worth it! You can get a boat from the harbor if you want, I don't remember the fee, but it was cheap. The staff is very kind, and the place is peaceful (except for the boats, but they are everywhere :)

The best 3-star hotel I've ever been to in Thailand. I've been to four hotels and this is the only place I want to come back to again. Firstly, it’s really clean here (which is completely unusual for Asia), it smells delicious and the air conditioning works as it should Secondly, the breakfasts, which were included in the price, had a good selection of food, tasty and satisfying. I have never seen such a selection of food in Thailand before. As a bonus, the room's balcony offers stunning views of the bay. If you are considering where to stay on Phi Phi, then Long Beach is the best hotel guaranteed.

The hotel is certainly not new, but everything is clean. The houses are all very close to the sea, even the usual standard ones. The beach is the best on Phi Phi. There is a small shop at the hotel with drinks, ice cream, etc. Breakfast is good, the choice is small, but everything is delicious, even tom yum)) In a restaurant with a beautiful view you can have lunch and dinner for an additional fee, prices are average We will definitely come here again with our child.

Location on the sea, nothing to say. The resort is reached by boat, but if the sea is rough, you have to do a good walk, but it's part of the game. It's full of resorts/hotels that border each other. The bungalows are old and need renovation. Cleanliness is average and service is average for Thai. They could give it a makeover and make it much more valuable. I had correctly booked a double room with single beds (however they are a queen size) communicating that my son would share the bed with me, but the receptionist didn't want to know and made me pay an extra sum on site for an additional bed that I didn't want anyway because I didn't need it.

If you bring children, you will be forced to add an extra bed, which costs 1,000 baht. This price is the same regardless of the price of your room.

I didn't see a single happy waiter in the whole hotel. Maybe it's because the living conditions on the island are bad. I even doubt whether I have left Thailand. The room facilities are really simple, but it's still cheap.
