Where to start…. The location sucks BIG TIME The reception doesn’t care. NOT EVEN a bit They were digging fences (human ****) to the ocean while we were having dinner. Worst experience ever They didn’t care. They didn’t apologize. What’s worse: the manly lady at the restaurant was so freaking rude that she should have been punched in the face!! They still charged for everything, including our dinner amid ****. The beach is the worst beach with rocks and boats parked in the only spot where there are no rocks. But then again who on earth would go into that water where they openly through the toilets’ waste in front of you. They ruined our holiday. I wish they would go out of business so they don’t have to ruin anybody else’s holiday. If you are even thinking about booking this hotel please DONT! Run! They should be banned from business

Great isolated location with its own beach. You can really lay back and relax here, since there are no real options to get out of the resort despite a transfer or hiking for 30 minutes. Great service, good food and drinks. The standard half- or full-day trips for Ko Phi Phi island are available as tours.

I was a bit worried about this hotel as I’m a city guy and typically like to stay in 5 star resorts. This hotel definitely isn’t a 5 star, but it’s actually more special. Peaceful surroundings, solid food, attentive staff, clean facilities. A once in a lifetime experience and at a reasonable price. We found ourselves wishing that we’d booked two nights instead of one. I would definitely stay here again.

Thoroughly enjoyed our time at Relax resort. A well run resort with great attention to detail and organization. A smooth service from the collection at Phiphi pier to your bungalow. Staff are attentive and friendly. Food and drinks have been among the best we have in our few trips to Thailand, both in terms of quality and price. There is great snorkeling along the reef in front of the hotel and a lovely private beach with natural shade for trees. The resort provides free beach chairs, tables and mats.

Great location

Dear travelers, if you are counting on Relaxation, you will not get it in this hotel! First, tourists from an excursion are brought to the hotel and they relax with you on a small piece of the beach, there are simply no places and you feel like you are on an excursion and not in your hotel. And secondly, we were settled in room 33, where the generator was working nearby all the time, there was wild noise and the smell of gasoline. I contacted the reception with this question. Why do I pay such a lot of money and get worse service than others, because I didn’t book a room with worse conditions?! To which I received the answer that you will still check out tomorrow at 11 and this is not their problem. I didn't expect such rudeness. Plus fees for boat transfer to the hotel. The hotel can only be reached by it and there is no alternative. The boat belongs to the hotel and I believe that the price of the room, which, excuse me, is not small, more than 11 tr ($120) per room, transfer there and back to the pier should be included.

The original log cabin has no air conditioner, and occasionally small animals will visit it, but it is right by the seaside, and it is not too comfortable to wander around every day, take a walk, lie down and watch the sea in a daze.

We reached the resort by long tail boat Own resort boat but we had to pay 150 baht per person. The same again on the return trip. The bungalow was very nice, but without air con. The food was very good in the restaurant, although it was a shame that we asked for a small bucket of ice for ours Drinks had to pay 50 baht
