Picturesque pool area, comfortable rooms and friendly service. Dreadfully loud family ruined the trip, leaving dirty nappies and waste all around the pool area whilst shouting constantly Wouldn't go again as it seems to be a gamble on who else is there. This giant family dominated the entire hotel and started the day by waking us up. Not the relaxing retreat we were after. Either the hotel should have a rule prohibiting young children, or they should advertise as a family establishment where children are free to run amok and screech.

This hotel is charming : great blue swimming pool, amazing green lake, majestic trees. Moreover, it’s quiet and calm. From our room, we got an amazing view over the swimming pool and the lake (see picture). It’s so beautiful and refreshing all day long. Our room was big and clean, we felt very comfortable. We dine in two times and tried some khmer food. It was delicious. They also have western options. Highly recommended.
