A very nice hotel with a good restaurant and a nice rooftop pool. The location is the best possible. We had a nice experience.

Excellent hotel in the center of Phnom Penh, a stone's throw from the river and the royal palace. There is a rooftop bar and an outdoor pool. Large bathroom, the room itself is small and cozy

The location is good. The Palace Square is just outside the alley. The room and bathroom are spacious and clean. The sound insulation is slightly poor. The rooftop restaurant on the 11th floor has a good environment and you can see the cityscape of Phnom Penh near the Royal Palace.

Already came last year,
The service is improving level of cleanliness even if it is not perfect but I recommend as 3rd choice after jungle addition and botum which are hotels less than 200m away.
There is room if some improvements are made to really be at the top.
The faults:
An auxiliary light that does not turn off which is frankly unpleasant, the air conditioning filters were changed because there was a smell.
The bathroom not super clean
The point of improvement is the smells from the bathroom and the engine noise from the building next door which is no longer present

We liked the hotel! The location is very good, the service impeccable and the price correct. The double bed should really be a double bed… but ours were two single beds pushed together, so it wasn't very comfortable. It could improve if it were one large mattress instead of two small ones together. We will return for sure.

Highly recommended, the room was very spacious and clean. Nice view of the palace and Mekong. There is a swimming pool on the roof for about 10 people where there is space to relax. Hotel staff tried very hard (thanks to Mr. Reach and to all his colleges).
