A nice boutique hotel, clean and friendly staff. Breakfast not a wide spread but definitely sufficient. They also served hot porridge per order. We asked for half boil egg, they gladly do for us. All staff from the front desk to the breakfast, helpful and friendly. Facilities only a pool but that is not what we go for so is fine. We ae happy with this hotel.

It is safe because the park that citizens use on a daily basis is right in front. A place with excellent staff, cleanliness, and good sense. I liked the pool and the breakfast was good too. Very satisfied.

The location of the hotel is very good, not far from the palace and the river. The hotel is very new and the service staff is very friendly. There are many foreign tourists staying here. There is a restaurant nearby, which is pretty good.

I booked a room with a terrace for two nights a day in advance. When I went to the front desk of the hotel, the waiter greeted me very friendly and took me to the room in person. He asked me if I was satisfied with the room. I said yes! After he left, I realized that this was just an ordinary double room. I went to the front desk to ask what was going on. He said it was because there were many guests during the holidays. I asked: So I booked it on trip and there were too many guests. Is that okay? Did you give the room I confirmed to other guests? The manager came out and didn't say anything except apologizing. I had to say, you want a refund for the price difference. The manager said that to refund the price difference, you have to cancel the breakfast that was originally included. As a result, the price difference for two nights was refunded US20, but no breakfast was given. What a disgrace to this hotel. Very disappointed with the service!

Close to the city center and NagaCorp**. The environment is elegant and the layout has a profound Cambodian cultural atmosphere. The staff are very kind and helpful. Breakfast is mediocre, not many choices.
