The price is cheap, the location is good. Near to pubs etc. But rooms are outdated. Breakfast is good too.

This time I went to Cambodia with my family and stayed at Lavaya Boutique Hotel for the first few days. The hotel is very close to the Central Market. The surrounding environment is average but the advantage is that it is close to the market. There are many convenience stores and restaurants around, but the hotel facilities are very average. The rooftop swimming pool is not much bigger than the jacuzzi, and the air conditioner in our room was too noisy, but the hotel staff was very responsive to requests.

This hotel is in a great location, close to everything, less than 10 minutes walk from the river. The staff are lovely, professional and helpful. The room is nicely decorated and the overall atmosphere of this property is really pleasant.
