A historic hotel close to the Royal Palace. Since we only stayed in Phnom Penh for one day and returned to China from Phnom Penh Airport, it was a good value for money hotel.

Super beautiful hotel. Peaceful area, near to riverside (not walkable tho). I love the colonial design and super strong jasmine fragrance from lobby to lift. The hotel was very kind to upgrade me to presidential suite, me & my friend absolutely enjoyed the stay there. One thing to point out there is no fan in the entire unit, only AC, I kinda struggled abit to sleep due to that.

Clean and tidy with attentive service. It is convenient to eat in the surrounding area. It is very close to the Independence Monument and the Royal Palace in Phnom Penh, but there are not many tourists. The breakfast was very good, not too much variety, but clean and fresh. recommend
