We were a little disappointed with this hotel. It wasn’t very clean and most amenities weren’t available. No pool, rooftop bar or spa. Our package included breakfast, but no breakfast was available as the restaurant was closed.

the Room was clean and standart, so that was good. Other than that I can't say I had a pleasant stay. The facilities were all closed (pool, spa, etc) and at some point even the evevator lights weren't working (it was pitch black inside, only realized that when the doors closed 😱). The staff was nice and polite but not very good at communication and not very helpful: I left my luggage at the hotel after checkout and told them I'd come back later in the day to pick it up. When I got back there, the hotel was locked and I had to ask the hotel next door to help me fetch my stuff 😓 if you are in transit in PP, the hotel is good enough to sleep, but don't expect anything else

March 2023. After reading some of the past reviews I was skeptical but this place was a very enjoyable stay for my girlfriend and I. Safe, quiet, clean, comfortable and the staff are friendly and competent. To clarify a previous review, the hotel is tastefully, and professionally decorated. The lobby is warm, inviting and beautiful. Our room (401) was also modern and comfortably furnished with a wrap around balcony perfect for morning coffee. We didn't have the breakfast so no info on that, but we would recommend this hotel to snyone.

Well located, the room is big and nice. Just their pool is not well maintained during my stay in December 2022.

The Queen Grand Boutique Hotel and Spa is a good hotel that I can recommend. The check-in went quickly and without problems. The staff was friendly and helpful. There was no breakfast but we were recommended a very nice cafe nearby. Our room was large and clean with a small balcony. The location is good. The Royal Palace and the Mekong are just a few minutes' walk away. The Royal Palace can be seen from the roof terrace/pool. There is a good restaurant across the street "The Kathmandu kitchen" which I highly recommend.

I booked a deluxe double room, but it turned out to be a twin room. There were no slippers in the room and no breakfast~

It's very clean. There is a shantytown outside the window. The room can't open the window, and I dare not open the curtains. It's too messy. I like the feeling of it being a spa room. I didn't ask anyone to come for a massage. It sounds like 20 dollars an hour shouldn't be too much. It's cheap. The lobby is very distinctive, and it is opposite the fountain in Vietnam Friendship Square, but there is really no cost-effective restaurant around, so I can only go to Palace Gate Hotel for a big meal. To be honest, the price of the small restaurant next door is similar to the price of a high-end hotel, which I can't understand. The labor cost is surprisingly low, but it is not reflected in the massage, and it is very low outside.

I asked for room cleaning, but it was not done once. However, I was conscientious because I could see that they were trying to deal with other matters as much as possible.

The external environment of the hotel is messy and tolerable. The service is outrageous. I ordered a deluxe room with a balcony, but I was given a room without a balcony. The view outside the window is very bad. When I told the front desk, the front desk said proudly: I wasn’t there when I checked in. I don’t know, it’s okay. my business. Check out told them in advance that it would be a few minutes late, and they agreed. He actually used this to threaten us, saying that if we struggle with the balcony room, we will have to charge us more for the room. The driver didn't speak English, so he asked the hotel to help confirm that the car he called had arrived, and he was indifferent after saying it a few times. Worst hotel service ever.
