Horiblement sale !!!! Après plusieurs semaines au Cambodge nous n'avons jamais vu si sale. Draps et serviettes pas changés (tâches et cheveux). Plafond moisi avec une stalactite d'humidité (ça fait donc plusieurs mois que de l'eau tombe du plafond sans les inquiéter). Murs sales. WC sales et cassés. Voici l'état de nos pieds 5 minutes après la douche (le sol est sale, il colle, même si ça ne se voit pas car il est foncé, l'aspirateur n'a pas été passé depuis plusieurs mois). La rue est bruyante, mais bon, à la limite ça on s'en fiche. Nous n'avons vraiment pas beaucoup d'attente concernant les chambres, peu importe les équipements et l'accueil. Cependant, un état de propreté minimum est essentiel pour nous. Ce n'est pas le cas ici. Bonus : nombreux cafards (nous savons qu'il est courant de croiser des cafards au Cambodge mais là c'est que l'hostel est infesté) et oeufs de cafards dans le lit. Aperçus trop tard pour pouvoir changer d'hôtel, nous n'avons pas pu dormir.

Upon our return 3 hours after check in we discovered bed bugs on the bed and on the floor of our room. When we told the hotel owner that we would move out he got very aggressive, grabbed me and physically tried to make us stay. He then verbally attacked me and my husband and followed us on his scooter to our new hotel! He harassed us and splashed a liquid over us. We're travelling since 1.5 years now and have NEVER experienced such an aggressive and scary hotel owner. Do yourself a favor and stay away, there are literally hundreds of guest houses all over the city...

Hôtel très bien placer proche des activités touristiques dans un quartier calme avec pleins de restaurant . mais je peux pas dire que Cetais exceptionnel. C’est un bon point de chute. Matelas tres dure chambre un peux gloque les chambre sans fenêtre les autres chambre je ne sais pas. Personnel gentil !

Pleasant check in and service. However when we went up to the room there was a mouse living in there too. Hopefully just an exception, but definitely not ok with us. Especially three floors up! Staff did try to accommodate by changing rooms but I wanted the refund instead.

2 nachten verbleven, fijn hotel. Kamer zag er schoon en betjes uit. Voldoende ruimte voor je bagage. Man bij de receptie groet altijd en ook makkelijk bus- en bootkaartjes naar de volgende bestemming geregeld. Hotel is op loopafstand van het water en de night market.

This is a wonderful hotel run by two hard working brothers. Kim treated me like an old friend and they took good care of me. I had a clean quiet room in the back of the building and had great water pressure and a nice bed and modern television. I'll recommend this hotel to my friends.
