I liked it the first time and made an additional reservation. It's not hotel level, but it's great for its price. It's right in front of the river, so it's a busy area, so it has everything you need.

I had a nice room on the 7th floor. I enjoyed the short distance to the riverside. In the first few days I have noticed how bad the service was. I always had to ask for room cleaning at the reception. The cleaning crew are just playing on their phone in the lobby and would not move a finger. They don't work properly and never replace basic items that first time guests receive ( Small bar of soap, water, etc) After staying longer than a week I was told that they will not clean my room daily. There is a complete lack of respect and appreciation for the guest here. There are many family owned hotels and guest houses in the area for the same price. You should stay at those for better treatment
