I feel that it is not very friendly to Chinese guests. When I checked in at about 17:00 yesterday afternoon, there were two female service staff at the front desk. One of the short service staff did not smile the whole time and had no attitude at all to welcome guests to check in; while the other one did not smile at all. A taller female service staff has a better service attitude. She leads the guests to their rooms and smiles throughout the process.

Wonderful place and now our go to stay place when we are Phnom Penh. The staff was wonderful and breakfast was amazing. Highly recommend the room with a private pool. Simply spectacular!

Wonderful stay in room 9, twin room at the back of the main house. The sun pool is beautiful and the staff are lovely. I would happily return again! A tranquil oasis in an exciting city.

Great hotel! The pool area is the best!
There were lots of great spots.
There are some old parts such as the shower and plumbing, but it was still nice and nice. Be careful about the direction of the faucet because you got burned!

Fantastic location hotel is extremely clean and well maintained.
All staff are helpful and breakfast is great.
It's like your on a hidden place once you walk in.
The two pools are very inviting one you can sin bathe and one with shade.
