Bad karma here in Phnom Pehn. 700 room hotel with 40 or 50 guests. Like a giant mauseleum. Our shower could do with a good scrub. Air conditioning is turned off in some hotel corridors and at times in lifts. Staff stand around looking at their phones. Very good rooftop bar with city and river views. Check your mini bar contents when you arrive, I was ripped off at checkout. Not happy about that. Poor reception staff.

I had an outstanding massage and coffee rub afterwards with Chan Sitha. I would highly recommend her . I told her what type of massage I needed and she gave me an excellent massage Came out feeling totally relaxed 😀 Also the Spa is beautiful and clean with a shower in the room as well . Thank you Chan Sitha !

The only thing I did not like about the Sokha hotel was that my wife’s younger sister came to swim with us and we were charged $20 to have a 12 year-old swim with us at the hotel. No one else was in the pool but us.

So thoughtful and so beautiful! This hotel was stunning and the staff were so helpful and lovely. They even found out that it was my birthday on the last day of my stay and made me a cake. Highly recommend.

The lobby is very large, and the corridors on the floor are also wide, and it feels a little old, like a large, old-fashioned hotel.
The floor inside the room was made of wood and was covered with wax, so I had to be a little careful when placing my luggage.
Since the lobby floor is so large, there are two restaurants, and I thought it was a breakfast buffet, but ended up in a regular restaurant.
The pool is large and everything is big.
I think this is an overall satisfying hotel.

I had a wonderful experience the food and the rooms are great. Very friendly staff. Special mentioned to Sokhann for being courteous and helpful. she is always ready to assist. i will defintely stay in Sokha if i come to Cambodia
