This Villa is near plenty of restaurants, bars and social places. It’s big and spacious with some recreational amenities. Browns Coffee shop is within walking distant for online work.
The room is a comfortable size with basic furniture. The AC is fantastic during the dry season. Set it to your preference.
Easily walk around the block for some shopping, afternoon tea or lounging. The backboard of the service desk offers a look at tours, transit deals or local attractions.

Similar to a youth hostel. You can play pool downstairs, and there are many Western restaurants, almost all of which are foreigners. The shower only has a fixed ceiling shower head, no handheld shower head or faucet, and there is a sink. There is no quilt on the bed, just sheet-like cloth.

The structure is very nice, the swimming pool is beautiful and very welcome especially with the 40 degrees outside.
The room was spotless, as was the restaurant and reception area.

It was a great atmosphere.
Since it was the cheapest room, there was no window.
The shower and toilet were separate and there was plenty of paper towels.

I booked a balcony room which was fabulous. Great price, nice room, excellent balcony and plenty of space. A bit loud as it is an active crowd staying here in an active area but I sleep through all of that and don't mind at all. Great location to river, plenty of places to eat, a bit touristy but ok if you need to book transport and trips. It's a busy place but good vibes, nice for a solo or couple to stay in a balcony room and worth the extra clams. The pool is quite small but adds a lot to the atmosphere! :)

Only stayed one night, but I'm going back in a few days.
Prices are very reasonable.
Food offered is both east and west. Vegan, local cuisine, American pancakes etc.
An up market backpackers/ hotel
Would advise any person, couple, group of friends to go there.
