I booked a room from Agoda, but I didn't find the order I had paid for, and I didn't help me deal with it. I can only re-book from Ctrip. The manager said that after contacting Agoda for me, there are various evasions and let me contact by myself. There is no credibility at all. I try my best to not refund the deposit. The cleaning staff is very polite and will clean up every day. The cleaning is very clean, but the manager has a bad attitude and shirks responsibility. The rest is okay, and the price/performance ratio is average.
