When we arrived, we were given an advertisement about not changing the linen every day. In the meantime, I caught the flu with a bad cough and unpleasant phlegm. So I put a towel on the pillow to protect it. Early in the morning, at reception, I was asked for $6 to clean the towel. Either it's some kind of scam or Cambodia's laundry detergent is not good. So change your towels every day, it will avoid this kind of unpleasant surprise. Since they were not nice to me, their rooms on the street are very noisy, traffic all night. And for people who want to be kings of cleanliness, you could have at least checked the bottles of water in the fridge, open and half full! When you want to give lessons, you have to be clean. An address to leave for those who don't soil their towel, 38° outside and flu, no excuses accepted, but some money

Good home with spacious room - we had a corner room. Lots of character and friendly staff, although I would Caution against using the laundry as they lost one of our party’s dress and the pairs of my husband’s socks. We stayed as part of a g adventures group.

We liked this hotel for the cleanness, door closers which stop doors from slamming and waking up the guests. Design is rather Western. Staff could communicate in English. Location is good and safe. Also they provide the filtered water dispensers.

Overall fully OK. Breakfast is very good with many choices, and there are variations between the days.
Rooms are OK and clean.
The hotel has also it's own Tuk-tuk (the red coach), who we can fully recommend. The driver charges just above Grab rate, which is very conveniant.
