The hotel is not bad. I think the price-performance ratio is good at this price. I asked for a better room type. My friends who stayed there also thought it was OK. I will consider staying there again if I come back in the future.

Since I made a reservation with breakfast included, when I checked the location and time of breakfast the next morning at check-in, the person at the reception was not articulate, and there were only a few groups of guests, so I replied that they would deliver it to the room. When I checked the next morning, I was asked to go to the top floor. There was a restaurant attached to it, but it was barely in use, and a ready-made meal was provided on the spot.
As you can see from this, the service was not functioning very well, and there was a problem that when I called the reception, no one answered the phone, and even if they answered, they could not understand English at all.
Location-wise, it's not too bad, 20 minutes by tuk-tuk to the airport.

100% different from what the picture is! The sofa chair is torn, the curtain is broke , air con is less cold so I ask them for additional fan. The staff is okay, the breakfast was simple.

An average accommodation, the room was clean and had enough things for a common demand. It’s pretty near to most tourist attractions in seam reap, but the price was slightly higher compared to the other hotel in this city.
