The location of this hotel is beyond perfect. The hotel itself is beautiful due to the gorgeous historic building. Sadly the air con is not quite what the climate requires. The rooftop pool is glorious. I was told the day I arrived it was shut for two days, but when I went up people were swimming in it… in the end I went in the pool every day and loved it. The rooftop bar is also excellent, with decent (thought not amazing) food and drinks. The worst thing about the hotel was the breakfast. Shockingly poor. They probably don’t have the guest numbers to support a full buffet - so they should do a part buffet part a la carte breakfast… but they don’t… they attempt to do a full buffet but it is terrible. Truly terrible. For vegetarians it’s even worse than terrible. Nevertheless, due to the gorgeous hotel, amazing roof pool/bar, and the unbeatable location, I would definitely consider returning.

The overall value for money, including the hotel's location and breakfast, was good.
However, the only thing that was disappointing was the size of the room and the somewhat low water pressure in the bathroom.
This was my third visit to Phnom Penh, and I liked the convenience of being able to walk around the area since it was near the Grand Palace.

The location of the hotel is very advantageous. It is a 3-minute walk from the National Museum and a 7-8 minute walk from the Royal Palace. There is a small supermarket next to it, which is very convenient. There are tuktuk buses at the door at all times. You can see the panoramic view of the Royal Palace from the rooftop.

The staffs are good, kind and welcoming. We stayed here for two weeks and they would always assist us, greet us and offer drinks. We even made friends with some of them. I like their hospitality. I would definitely recommend this to my friends.

Emplacement idéal , prés du Palais Royal . Accueil très chaleureux , personnel sympathique belle déco personnalisée avec de beaux objets dans le hall et le salon . Chambres au 7 étage avec vue sur le palais et le musée , également sur les rivières du Tonlé Sap et le Mékong . Chambres de bonne taille avec coin salon et petite terrasse , propre , salle de bain claire . Petits déjeuners corrects buffet avec un large choix et la possibilité d' avoir des soupes ou des omelettes faites devant vous par un cuisinier selon votre choix Au 9 étage roof top avec vue à 360° sur la ville , piscine entourée de frangipaniers , serviettes à disposition , bar avec personnel super sympas aussi , restaurant le soir . Vraiment une adresse à conseiller, pendant notre séjour au Cambodge nous y sommes retournés 3 fois !!

Wonderful hotel, beautifully situated to the river, royal palace and other cultural activities. The staff are amazingly friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful, thank you to the Sky View staff for the beautiful meals and service. Thank you to the front desk staff, particularly Po and Non for your knowledgeable of the area and for answering all my questions. I look forward to returning again.
