STAY AWAY. I found a USED SYRINGE (hypodermic NEEDLE used for injecting HEROIN and other ILLEGAL DRUGS) in my room. It wasn’t hidden either, it was in plain sight — no idea how their staff missed it but it shows there is serious criminal activity going on here. And also if their basic cleaning is that bad, do you really think the sheets etc are very clean? This is very unsanitary and not healthy! When I tried to talk to the front desk they just wanted to argue about it. The manager especially was very rude to me and told me it was “ok”. NO IT IS NOT OK. I would like to share my review base on the group trip perspectives. First, I had a convenient, and comfortable the whole facilities are well-equipped, room is spacious enough, no stress even if we put extra bed. Water is provided 2 bottles per person per a day. Restaurant: Morning buffet has various types of meals, which is helpful for overseas traveller. Omletts, noodles (Cambodian style) are live-cooking. Gym: It was well-equipped, and it would be better if the gym is open for 24 hours for guests (like western type of hotel fitness gym, after 10PM is only for hotel guests and used by self-care, self-responsiblity.) Otherwise group tour like study trip, tourists will not able to use the gym when it is closed at 10 PM. Pool: haven't used but enough size! Public spaces: lobby is spacious, and there are some public space available to guests. For example, the atrium right backside of the lifts, are quite nice to mingle and chat. Sanitation: it was helpful that hotel lifts and some facilities actually install sanitizer. Since there are almost no sanitizer outside the city of Phnom Penh. Access: connected with Olympia City Mall, which has supermarket, shops and restaurants with food court. The Olympia city area was guarded by securities so safer than outside. 5-min walking distance to Olympic Stadium. Must-used hotel for those who are going to watch football or other sports games around there. However, there are limited places for travellers to enjoy. No bar in the hotel, and around there at night. Hospitality: I have been quite warmly-treated by most of the staffs. Particularly concierge desk, fronts and restaurants. It was a respectful attitude that some staff members asked me some feedbacks for improvements. People made the stay more heartful and meaningful with nice memories.

Good location, staffs are helpful but the aircond in the whole hotel not cold. Only have one lift making going up and down troublesome. Also there are smell of smoke in the room which don't know come from where.

Extremely friendly staff, modern interior design with a twist of Cambodia, nice panoramic view of the city on the rooftop. The rooftop bar was top notch, missing their signature cocktails already, even 10% discount for the guests. Though, the pool was kinda meh, small and right beside the tables, better just remove it, and the AC in our room was not working properly at all. It was keep getting shut off every hour or so, without any timer or smth. They told me they'd check but it had no difference, kept waking up in the middle of the night to turn it on. Other than that, great deal for the bucks.

The staff are great very friendly, Everyone that works here help me with everything I needed. The room are very clean. And trust me their toilet can really take a punch like Mikey Tyson after eating a lot of food from the night market. For their toilet I like the give them 10 stars for taking the punch like a champ.
